Take advantage of all the in-home amenities, and hit the town with ease, knowing that Music City hot spots including Zanies comedy club, Sinema, Urban Juicer, Publix, and Hattie B's Hot Chicken are in walking distance, and Broadway, GEODIS park, SOBRO, Belmont Mansion, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and Vanderbilt University are all less than a 10 min Uber/Lyft ride away.

Living Area:
Step into Fox Suite through its charming entryway, adorned with tasteful accent wallpaper and artwork, and be.welcomed by the spacious living area. Bathed in natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows, the space exudes an inviting ambiance. Sink into the plush sofa, unwind from your journey, and catch up on your favorite show playing on the smart TV in the background. Step out onto the private balcony to take in a refreshing breath of Nashville air, while marveling at the breathtaking views of Downtown.

Kitchen:
The open floor plan conveniently places the kitchen next to the living area. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, basic cooking essentials, and island bar seating perfect for enjoying an indulgent meal or snacking on some take-out from local eateries.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Each of the 3 bedrooms offer a private retreat, exuding style and comfort. The Primary Bedroom boasts a lavish king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom adorned with striking decor. Next to it is the 2nd Bedroom, beckoning with its cozy ambiance, a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The 3rd Bedroom provides a welcoming haven with its comfortable king bed, ample close space, and en-suite bathroom that conveniently connects to the living area Jack N Jill style. There is an additional sleeping space behind a modern-rustic barn-style sliding door, featuring a convenient queen-sized pull-out couch. This flexible space effortlessly transitions from daytime entertainment hub to a snug bedroom retreat come nightfall.

Parking:
There are first-come first-serve parking spaces available for 1 vehicle per reservation. Additional street parking and nearby lot parking are also available.
*Please note, there are cameras located in garage areas, but GoodNight Stay assumes no liability for the safety and vehicles parked outside the Foxtrot building area. We advise car doors to be locked at all times.

Additional House Rules:
- Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Mountain Standard Time.
- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved to book this house. Please inquire, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost which operates for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $75 – covers $1,000 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- Maximum of two pets under 35lbs each, $100 per pet fee required.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
- Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's own risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
