Welcome to our 1 bedroom condo directly on Nashville's Famous MUSIC ROW! It sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 queen beds & a queen sleeper sofa. This condo has a very warm, cozy vibe with the perfect touch of Music City decor that'll make you feel like you're definitely on Nashville’s famous Music Row!

* HeiarLivin has OVER 10 properties in the downtown area! We have 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 4 bedroom condos, as well as 3 bedroom & 4 bedroom homes that sleep large groups! If you have over 10 guests just let us know & we'll be happy to send you more details of our listings to accommodate your group! We like to book 3 nights on the wkds but just message us & we'll try to work with you!

This condo is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions. You're walking distance to Nashville’s hottest bars with live music, amazing restaurants, cute coffee shops & only a short Lyft to Broadway. PLUS, this condo has the one & only iconic guitar-shaped pool for you to enjoy!

- Queen Sleeper Sofa Couch with memory foam mattress (sleeps 2)

MAIN:
The kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW appliances & is stocked with the essentials for cooking. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows on DIRECTV.

BATH:
There is a double sink vanity & a standing glass shower. The bathroom has separate doors for the shower & toilet so there is plenty of privacy when in the bathroom. There are plenty of fresh towels. All bed linens & extra blankets are provided, including the sleeper sofa. Washer & dryer are in the condo for use as well.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

POOL:
Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year.

Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. This pass MUST be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. Additional parking is available across the street in front of the condo.

Perfect Nashville stay
Everything about this place was perfect. The location was exactly what we wanted, in a Music Row and close to The Gulch, the on site parking was a huge bonus. The quality and cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent, and we loved having use of the pool as it was extremely hot weather. Communication from the owners was great, check in and out was simple and straightforward. Would definitely stay here again!

Spent Labor Day weekend in Nashville for Virginia Tech-Vanderbilt football weekend. Really close to Broad Way and Vanderbilt. Nice location. Only issue was sofa bed malfunctioned but owners were extremely quick to respond and got it fixed quickly for us. I will definitely be back for a any future quick stays.

Great getaway spot!
Cute little apartment! They obviously consider details of travel needs/wants. Great owner communication. Secure & quiet building in a central location. A parking spot was never a problem; it's just tight spacing. For a one way street, surprising traffic volume during overnight hours - for light sleepers. Overall, terrific spot for a getaway!

Great location if you like to walk. The owner was quick to respond. Smells nice. We did A LOT of walking so during some downtime we tried to watch TV. We couldn’t watch anything rated “adult”. We couldn’t cast our phones to the TV. The pool area is locked in April so we couldn’t sit by the pool either. There are some spongy spots in the floors of the condo. Otherwise, a good place to lay your head for a couple of nights.

This was a great (safe) location with a lot of options for food and places to see live music ad walk
The condo itself was very nice, spacious and clean. A great place to get away from the downtown traffic, but an easy quick walk if you want to go downtown. The immediate area had a good selection of live music, food, parks, cute boutiques, and historical areas to walk. I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Condo!
This condo is truly amazing. The location could not be beat, the decorations on the inside were just perfect, cleanliness was a 10+ and it was very quiet. I am so glad we stayed here… We enjoyed the local restaurants and bars that were less than a 2 to 3 minute walk compared to the Broadway way bars. This will definitely be a place we stay in the future- and I can’t wait!

fantastic stay!
It was our first time visiting Nashville and this place couldn’t have been in a better spot! There are tons of bars, restaurants and shops you can walk to in the area or you are short Uber drives from all the places in the area! The place was clean and portrayed exactly as it was in the photos! It was plenty of space for me and my friend while we stayed!

My wife, myself and children loved the property and the cleanliness and updated furniture with a music twist with the guitars hanging on the walls. I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The property owner was so pleasant to speak with. I give this property a 5 star rating!

The location of the rental was perfect! We walked everywhere.

Disappointed! Photos and description not accurate
The pictures online make this condo building and pool look amazing. Not true! The building is beat up, the pool was not appealing and dirty, and it definitely needs some updates. The key box to enter the building was broken so sometimes it took 10 tries to enter the building which is not safe, especially after coming home late from Broadway bars. The inside of the condo was adorable but small. The location was great and walking distance to midtown and music row. However, the thermostat didn’t work or control the temp. It was so hot and there are no fans or air movement so it was miserable sleeping. Maybe it would be better to rent this in the winter but on a hot day and night, I do not recommend it. It is a loud, busy neighborhood so opening windows at night wasn’t an option. Also, the toilet didn’t always flush (had to sometimes hold handle down a few times for flushing just toilet paper)and one toilet for 4-6 people is inconvenient. Pretty disappointed for the price.

Great Nashville Condo
Loved visiting Nashville, and the condo that we stayed at was very nice. Suited our needs perfectly. It is a small condo, but it was just what we needed. Girl’s Trip
In town for a 50th birthday. This apartment was perfect for our group of four ladies. Location was convenient. The apartment was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and we really enjoyed the pool after being out and about during the day. Lacey was great to work with.
