This property couldn’t have been better for our first stay in Nashville. It was close enough we walked to almost all of our places we wanted to go. This condo was comfortable and beautiful! We would love to stay here again for our next visit!

It was a perfect place to stay ,cheap uber ride if you wanted to uber to town. Most fun was taking a scooters to town. Lots of construction in the area but wasn't a bother . If you needed anything Traci answered right away. Would stay again.

We are a family of 4 who were in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium. The location is great. The condo was big enough for all of us. The place was very clean, and Traci was amazing to work with! We would definitely stay again!

Great Place!
Great place that is close to Downtown fun and a lot of hidden gems in the neighborhood. Check out 312 pizza, the Neighbers Bar and Grill, and the couple of breweries within walking distance.

Check in was so easy. The hose was so clean, parking was easy and covered. Walking distance from so many places and just far enough from broadway to walk or Uber/lyft and still see so many places! 1000% recommend!
