Very nice clean place the bed is a full size could really use a queen :) We used 1021 Jackson st for Ubers just a very short walk to the end of the alley. A short 10 min walk to the farms market. Would definitely stay here again

Luxurious guest house
A little guest house in an out of the way neighborhood but close to everything you need to see in Nashville. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom felt like you were in a 5 star hotel. Very clean. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect for a quick girls’ trip!
Communication and instructions for check-in were so clear. Myself and two friends stayed for two nights and it was perfect! Very clean and cute. We were a little thrown by the lack of oven/stove but that’s probably listed and we just missed it! The location was great and a quick Uber from anywhere we wanted to go. Definitely recommend this stay :)

Perfect spot for us. 35 minute walk to lower Broadway or 7 minute $10 Uber ride. Quaint and cozy. Great spot for a couple. Extremely clean and organized. Private spot to sit outside. We would come back again.

A Hidden Gem
Arrival was a little confusing, although proper directions were given. Big vehicles and small streets were a challenge. But the stay was great! Great little space. Clean and cozy! We went to a concert at Bridgestone Arena, and it was a great spot! We would stay again!

Clean & quiet place for a short Nashville visit. Check in and out easy. Bed was comfortable. Parking easy. For uber or food deliveries, we used 1021Jackson st address on end of alley. Easy 30 sec safe walk. Nice big shower, be sure to bring soap, shampoo, & blow dryer.

Quaint Cottage
The location was very clean and cozy. The only issue I came across our entire stay, is since it is behind the house our Ubers and food delivery wanted to go to the main house. If you are ubering around the city, I suggest meeting the uber at the end of the alley to meet them, so they don't cancel on you.

Hope Gardens Stay
The host Theodore was very on top of everything. He answered any and all questions in a timely manner. He send perfect directions and instructions to go with Hope Gardens. The location was great as it was only 1.3 miles to Broadway where all the action was. Very clean and organized. If available I will definitely book again. Thanks Theodore for making our stay perfect.

Awesome little place
If you are looking to stay close to downtown this place is ideal. Great kitchen if you want to make your own meals. Bed is cozy and clean. The shower was wonderful. We took Uber to and from downtown which is 1.7 miles from the heart of Broadway. We took an XL so it was $10-$12. If you take a regular Uber it’s $5-$7. We would recommend to friends and family and we would definitely stay there again. Great for couples. Also the private parking was very convenient.

Lovely little cottage
Theodore’s place was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed, except soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I don’t mind bringing my own I just didn’t know I would need to. Great communication with host about how to enter, answered questions promptly. 10 min Lyft ride to downtown convention center. Would definitely stay here again :)
