Guest Access:
This home is equipped with an August Smart Lock. There are no keys or number pads for added security. Guests who book our home must be comfortable with technology and using an app on their smartphone to enter the home. The August Home app will need to be downloaded and set up prior to arriving so their are no delays at check-in. Guests only have access during their reservation. If you arrive early, you will not have access into the home.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the established West End with close proximity to nearly everything Nashville has to offer.
Walk to Centennial Park, Vanderbilt, The Parthenon, West End Restaurants and shops.
Only 2.5 to Broadway in Downtown Nashville where all the bars and honky tonks are!
Getting Around:
There is a two car garage and free street parking. Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are also available. Very short ride to Downtown Broadway.

NO LOCALS:
We do not rent to locals who live Nashville or within 120 miles. Please do not book our home if you are local. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without refund of any local who books our home.
CHECK-IN: 4PM & CHECK-OUT 10AM:
We may be able to provide an early check-in or a late check-out ONLY if our schedule allows. STARTING at an additional $150 fee - please request when booking. We can not accept any requests made within 5 days of your trip or during your stay because our cleaners are scheduled in advance and their schedules can not be changed last minute.
GUESTS WILL NEED TO USE STAIRS:
This 3 story home has many stairs. Guests will need to use stairs during their stay. We are happy to host children, but it's important to note that our home is not childproofed and has many stairs. Please supervise children at all times.
There is an elevator that is turned OFF in this home. It is NOT for guests to use.
