The Location of this Condo is SIMPLY PERFECT!!! Gorgeous views of the Cumberland River and so very close to all the bright lights and sights of Broadway. Covered Parking is free! and condo is one mile to Downtown, 25 minute walk or $10 Uber/Lyft will get you to Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Music City Convention Centre, Germantown, Farmers Market, Centennial Park and so much more!!! Perfect for couples, families, gals or guys weekend or if you are in Nashville for business.
Located a mile from Broadway and two blocks from several of the new Germantown restaurants and hot spots!
This area is a popular stay for many locals as well as guests traveling to Nashville.
This unit is located on 1st Ave, next to the river. We're in between downtown and Germantown, and you can easily walk to both. Near all the biggest attractions including the honky tonks, restaurants, Bridgestone Arena (Predators), Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, Nissan Stadium (Titans), First Tennessee Park (Sounds) and much more.

Sadly, your furry friends won't be allowed in this condo and the complex doesn't allow pets. This is a non-smoking condo. No parties.

There is a security deposit for the key that gives you access to the pool, laundry room and fitness facility. It the key is not left after departure the security deposit will be rendered.

Walkable condo

We were able to park our car at the condo and either walk or rideshare very easily everywhere we wanted to go. The parking being free was a plus. The condo was clean and the owner’s communication was great. The owner also provided very useful information and recommendations about the area. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect spot for a snow day

I travelled to Nashville for a wedding and found the condo to be the perfect location: it was walking distance to the wedding venue, walking distance to the wonderful Ryman, where I saw a once in a lifetime performance by all my favorite bluegrass legends, walking distance to downtown when I needed to venture out find provisions in a once in a century snow storm.. I loved the balcony overlooking the river.. Harry checked in multiple times to make sure everything was ok. I have recommended the Riverfront as the place to stay in Nashville!

Riverfront Condo
