Our 6-person condo is located on the second floor overlooking the Beautiful Cumberland River in Downtown Nashville......

Condo Unit will be shut down for 4 weeks (1/19/25 - 2/20/25) so both bathrooms can be re-modeled and a 2nd shower added)

If you should arrive in Nashville early (before 3:00pm and/or are leaving Nashville in the evening. Consider downloading the phone app "bounce" which will provide you with locations you can drop off your luggage for a small nominal fee and then return later in the day and retrieve it and proceed to the condo/airport. There is a location just south of Broadway which works well.

Q: Our Flight gets in early / leaves late. What can we do with our bags if we want to explore more.

A: If we can accommodate we will certainly try. Unfortunately the Riverfront does not have a main lobby or place you can secure your belongings. When we have “back to back” bookings it is nearly impossible. However, consider downloading the app “Bounce” where for a few dollars you can leave your belongings and return for it later.



Q: Are you Pet Friendly?

A: Not knowing the allergies of our future guests causes us not to permit pets to stay in our unit.



Q: May we smoke on the deck.

A: There are designated smoking areas on the property with Beautiful Views of the River. We ask guests to refrain from smoking on the balcony. We worry about smoke coming into the unit and adhering to the decor and furniture. Please be mindful of our future guests..



Q: May we have packages / groceries delivered?

A: Yes, most packages get left at the “900 stairwell”. It is best to request packages / groceries to be left at front door.



Q: Is there a Grill.

A: Yes, both Gas and Charcoal (Guests provide charcoal).



Q: We are very neat people. Can we waive the cleaning fee?

A: No, we want to ensure a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests and feel the best way to ensure this happens is to have a professional cleaning staff clean the unit after we exit.



Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. However, if you need to cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit we will refund you the difference.



Q: Balcony Spiders, Webs, and Bugs Oh My!

A: Being on the river this is a difficult to regulate. We do have monthly pest control and our cleaners do a good job of cleaning the webs after each guests but spiders are persistent and they do return from time to time.



As our listing advises we are located in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. We are just like any other metropolitan area with traffic, construction, and homeless issues from time to time. When we stay downtown we feel safe to walk to and from without fear but we realize not everyone stares the same views and experiences.

Great Place to stay!
We would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Very clean, beds were super comfortable (and that’s coming from a very picky person for sleeping), lots of room, view of the river was great and the place had everything you could want or need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Hosts communication and response was excellent! Some cons to consider. If you have no car, there isn’t really anywhere close or convenient to purchase reasonably priced groceries or just snacks. Getting an Uber was challenging some evenings as they would cancel on us or sit 5mins away for 10mins not moving. Although the 18-20min walk to Broadway was easy. This is the only reason I gave location 4 star vs 5.

It was everything and then some, there were 4 of us so more than enough room, construction was going on so we didn’t walk to Broadway and it was warm, lol. But is could be done only about 7 blocks. Condo as very nice would stay again.

Great condo on the river
The condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the view of the river. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t do any cooking but there were lots of spices if you chose too. Also coffee and some teas were provided. The river walk was a nice way to walk to downtown (about 1 mile to Broadway St.) However we were advised not to walk it at night so chose to do Lyft to get back after dark. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Nashville stay
The condo had everything we needed and was in a convenient location. The river view is a plus. Easy check in upon arrival and no problems. You can hear the people walking above you quite clearly. It was bothersome once or twice but that is out of the host’s control. Great beds, that is alwaysomething I appreciate.

Great Views of River Nice Balcony.
Great weekend getaway to Nashville. Decent sized two bedroom, and clean. Kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. Bathrooms could use updating, but other than that, a nice place to stay.

Nice Balcony very short distance to Broadway
Family group of 5 stayed here in September. The weather was perfect. The beds are super comfortable. Plenty of spaces for free parking. Nice sitting out on the balcony in the morning with your coffee watching the boats go by. Nashville has a ton of new construction going on but the condo is well insulated for quiet sleeping. Would maybe recommend a second TV in one of the bedrooms. But overall a great stay and would stay here again. 5 Stars!

Nashville did not disappoint!
We had a great stay! The OLY downside is it was a bit of a distance for us to get to Broadway. There were scooters, sometimes, that would allow us to not have to get another Uber. It was sooooo bad of a walk, just we had 4 days of the rain and it was a bit much. The view was great! Provided a constant changing of scenery! …the groundhogs were entertaining! We did travel with a very large group, so this was an excellent place for our group to stay, but the next trip will just be the 2 of us and we may stay closer to Broadway.

40th Bday Nashville Trip!
Great property! We were in town to celebrate my husbands 40th, and the condo was an awesome “plus” to our trip. It was a direct reflection of the listing. Very clean, had all the amenities, and a great place to chill when not exploring the city. Great condo. Great location from downtown. Only complaint is the place was loud. People walking above us or on the main walkway were so loud. Unsure if people above us lived there or rented the week. This makes a variable you may not experience. Communication with Mike was great! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this Condo by the river. Everything was exactly what we needed. The property owner was very kind and worked with me to make this a perfect trip for us to see the concert. We enjoyed our stay. Location was about a 15 minute walk to Broadway. Space was very clean and the unit is filled with all the necessary amenities. The pool was clean and had nice loungers to lie on. New BBQs for us to use. There is also a nice sitting area complete with a fire pit. The view from the balcony is great overlooking the Cumberland River.
