Quiet neighborhood and cozy accommodations. There are a few things that could be better, but over all was a decent spot to stay.

Very stylish little property just a few blocks from charming downtown Franklin. Clean & comfortable beds. Great shower. TV needed better channels & no sitting area inside, but other than that a very nice place.

Cozy Place to Stay
The cottage was very very clean. It was tastefully decorated. The cottage is very small so no more than 2 people could comfortably stay here. The patio is an added bonus. The tv does not have cable and we planned to watch some sporting events which did not happen.

Sweet and cozy.
This little cottage is an absolutely adorable little place to relax and lay our heads at the end of the night. My husband, myself and my 11 year old came down to move my 20 year old to Nashville. The cottage IS small but has everything you need to sleep, relax and regroup. Downtown Franklin is a beautiful place and with an array of places to eat, shop and get coffee. The host, Ashton was so accommodating and kind. We would definitely stay here again on our next time visiting my son.

Quiet, clean, close to town, comfy bed!
Easy check in. Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to downtown. Very comfortable, very clean! Perfect for a couple or a single, as I was. Loved listening to the birds in the morning and sitting on the patio!

Weekend Getaway
Quaint little cottage was well kept and private. We were in town for a concert at the Franklin Theater and the cottage was conveniently located to downtown and surrounding attractions. The only negative thing I can comment is that the bathroom could have used a shelf for items used to get ready, but we worked around it by using a cooler as a shelf.
