Difficult Experience, poor execution on problem resolution
I waited a few days before putting this into a review so to ensure better objectivity.
Since booking this property months in advance for my daughters wedding, I had a good idea that my flight would get me in much earlier than the noted 4pm check-in. As such I asked property management well in advance if it would be possible to get in a little earlier than the 4pm, since I had some coordination to deal with and wanted to drop my luggage. They indicated that it would not be a problem but could not guarantee how much earlier. When I called at 2:30 (90 min before check-in), they told me that I should be receiving the building access codes shortly. I arrived at the building at 3:05 and called again, they once again told me I would be receiving the access code momentarily. Well, at precisely 4:00, the access code was received. Thanks for the assist on this...NOT.
Once in the unit, I found it to be dirty, with stains on the kitchen counter, misc. grime on the doors, scuff marks on the walls, dirty sheets, fridge icemaker/water dispenser filter alarms lit, dirty ceiling fan blades, broken shower door handle, slider door curtain hanging off rod and no working tv remotes (all required batteries). If their was a way to post pics, her I would have.
This was not my first rental using VRBO and especially in Nashville, have done it on several occasions. Very upsetting on how poor the property management was to address my concerns. Just did not seem to care, since they had my $.
