The house was amazing, we loved the layout and the host went above and beyond on stocking the house with essentials. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great location for MTSU graduation
Property is clean and very nice. Had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen. Only complaint would be that it's not very dark in the master bedroom due to thin blinds and outdoor light that doesn't turn off. Would absolutely stay here again.

I was so impressed with this place! Very modern, very spacious. We were there for college registration for my daughter so we were nervous all around. Choosing this property made us feel at home and relaxed...We did not want to leave! We will definitely be a returning customer.

Wedding weekend
This was a fantastic place to stay. Close to all amenities. We enjoyed a wedding in Beechgrove and also took in a day on broadway in Nashville. This was a great place to be right in the middle of those destinations. Definitely would recommend staying here. Everything was perfect!!

Perfect place for our group
A group of friends and I were in Murfreesboro for a conference. This house was the perfect place to stay while we were in town. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Drew was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Highly recommend staying here, and we hope to come back!

Tennessee Whiskey Tour
The property was as advertised. Well maintained, clean and spacious. Was a great central location to tour the northern (Nashville and Franklin) and southern (Lynchburg, Tullahoma and Leiper's Fork) distilleries on the TWT, and Murfreesboro was a great town to get to know.

This townhome is beautiful and was perfect for our family. We were close to MTSU and within walking distance of the old town square. Everything we needed was provided. Very well-appointed house.

Location is great, a few minutes walk to the square and all its businesses and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Unit is comfortable, well-stocked kitchen for cooking meals, nice beds and baths, holiday pillows made for nice atmosphere, full-size w/d. Could have been just a bit cleaner (old coffee was still in the carafe), but decent. Would recommend.

Hands down the best VRBO our family has stayed in to date! Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Great location. So many little touches like bathroom toiletries, laundry pods, cleaning supplies, etc. It was fantastic. Drew was so easy to work with. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

Family Wedding in Beechgrove
This is the first time I have used VRBO. We were there for a family wedding in Beechgrove. Drew was easy to communicate with and he was able to accommodate our request to check in a little early as we were arriving two hours before the rehearsal and needed to change and get ready after our 8 hour drive. Everything was wonderful! Clean and spacious. Very nice appliances. Bottled water was there for us in addition to coffee and even sugar. We felt like we were staying with family. Thanks Drew for everything!! We will definitely stay again! Easy drive to Nashville!

Lovely Townhome
We stayed here with our adult children on a recent trip. Such a beautiful townhome — exactly like the photos. Beautifully decorated. Three upstairs bedrooms, all a good size. Master bedroom is huge with giant walk in closet. We didn’t use the kitchen much, except for morning coffee, but it seemed to be well-stocked with plenty of dishes and appliances. Giant garage that we used for our rental car (especially nice to have when the spring storms rolled in at night). Cute back patio. Loved everything!

My Daughter graduation
My daughter graduated from MTSU, and we had family arriving from several states. We had 5 people staying in the VRBO, and another 8 who were staying at the hotel. We brought extra chairs so between the kitchen table and the seating at the island we all could eat together. There are spaces for four cars in the garage and driveway so we parked the extra cars on Gayle LN, with no issues. Sorry the pizza delivery guy blocked your neighbors across the way for few minutes. The jack and jill bathroom could use some more places to hand towels. Maybe some hooks on the wall behind the left sink. Everybody had a wonderful time, and it was great having a place for the whole family to gather.

Extremely welll-kept and beautifully decorated
Very comfortable, with nice touches (laundry soap provided, cold bottled water in the fridge). Garage was large enough for a Chevrolet Silverado with crew cab to back in and close the door; that was great! Surrounding area is older and our local relative said there were a lot of homeless but we encountered no issues. We had trouble getting any local news on TVs - there were plenty of other options (Netflix, Samsung TV, etc) as long as you had an account and wanted to sign in. The Saturday morning farmer’s market was great with some really nice produce and other food products. We loved Puckett’s on the square for breakfast and the bbq smelled wonderful (we did’t get to try that). Overall, very pleased and will try to stay again when we return to the area.

Great town house
Place seems brand new! And very clean. Huge master bed suite. Two good size additional bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath. Full laundry room. They supply bottled water and a computer to use (I think, we didn’t use them)! It would like being back in high school and staying at a rich friends house when his parents were out of town! The only negative to the place is, if you have trouble climbing stairs, all bedrooms are on the second floor. And the only way up (unless there’s a cool secret elevator, which wouldn’t surprise me because this place is so cool) is a steepish, long staircase without a landing in the middle. It could be difficult to traverse. But that would be the ONLY reason not to stay in this place.

Wonderful Christmas Family Holiday
My family and I really enjoyed this lovely property! The check in was easy and the owner was responsive and kind. Two issues that are really not a big concern, but more of a heads up. Please be careful with the oven…it’s very sensitive apparently. It was left on by the housekeeper and caused a little issue in the kitchen when we arrived. The owner was very kind about it when I called. Also, the beds were all described as King sized, however only the master has a King sized bed. It was okay though because everything else was so nicely furnished and accommodated. It was easy to find. The toiletries in the bathrooms were greatly appreciated. My family loved this charming home and want to return again.
