In the historic neighborhood of Joy Garden, this 1966 cottage has been transformed into a home away from home rich with character, comfort and charm. Perched on a quiet dead-end street you’ll find nothing but peace and quiet. Two of my neighbors are the original owners since 1966 when the neighborhood was built! You’ll be located in the heart of East Nashville. Walkable to a brewery, a few bars, Nashville's best ramen and even a Michelin Star restaurant. Beyond your walk, it’s a 5 minute Uber to Five points or 10 Minutes to downtown!
Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this neighborhood provides a perfect balance of excitement and relaxation.
If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
The person who booked and paid for the reservation is the primary guest, "Guest", and MUST be staying during the entire reservation. The primary registered Guest MUST be a minimum of 21 years of age to book the reservation and MUST meet the verification requirements. They are LEGALLY AND FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for damages made by self or their guest(s) that may occur whether accidental or intentional.
A separate e-Signed Rental Agreement is required to finalize the reservation and grant access to the home.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INDOORS and Absolutely no parties! If visitors stop by that’s okay, just make sure they follow the parking rules.
Please never park anywhere except the driveway. If your party had more than two vehicles, please move overflow to Rosedale Avenue- the adjacent street. If anyone on my street has extra cars from visitors, this is where they park. My apologies for the truck in the drive way. For now it’s my best solution. Sorry for any inconvenience
The back gate is locked and will remain locked for extra security.
Two ring cameras are located. One doorbell and one above the back door only to keep an eye on my truck. There is no visual of the back patio however please respect my neighbor by keeping the noise to a minimum.
Spa towels are in the laundry room with yellow strips. Please hang wet bathing suits and wet towels on the linen rack on the patio.
No coffee grounds down the sink! Scoop the used French press grounds into the trash the best you can and rinse the rest down the disposal.
