A Great Apartment In The Middle Of It All!

This apartment is centrally located in an area perfect for those wanting to stay near the cultural heartbeat of music city. It's situated conveniently near Music Row, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, Edgehill Village, Hillsboro Village, 12th South, and the Gulch/Downtown. $7 and an Uber app on your phone will get you to almost any point of interest or great restaurant our city has to offer.

You'll enjoy 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed & 2 twin beds) and a living room with a sofa bed. High speed internet, cable, 2 televisions, and a washer/dryer make you feel instantly at home. Also the kitchen is fully appointed with all the necessities for staying in and cooking a meal if you want.

Cozy lil stay
My friends and I drove up from Alabama to Christmas shop and hit up a nice restaurant downtown. Process was completely easy and the apartment is absolutely decorated beautifully and so cozy. I will definitely save this location for our next visit.

Perfect for our family’s short stop in Nashville

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is kept up very well and has everything you might need. It’s a quick uber ride to downtown and any other Nashville attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place and location!
This apartment is great for getting basically anywhere in Nashville. A lot of restaurants and shopping was within walking distance, and Jesse was so easy to communicate with. The apartment was just as described, and we could not have asked for a better first time in Nashville!

The property was just as described! Very clean and was the perfect location for our girls trip. We just used Uber to get around. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. My only feedback would be that there are very few outlets. For 4 women trying to get ready it was a little hard to plug all the things in.

Jesse's property is in a welcoming and safe neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants and amenities, within walking distance. Close to downtown Nashville. Jesse was responsive to questions and gave great direction. Would rent from Jesse again!

Comfy and Great Location!
We very much enjoyed staying at this condo in Nashville. The finishing touches Jesse put into our stay made the place warm and welcoming, making it feel much more comfortable then a hotel. Beds were very comfortable and everything was left just as described and shown in the photos. We will definitely be coming back to Nashville and hope to rent this place in the future each time!

Pictures looked just like unit. It was so cute and very difficult to leave! Beds were great, great location, lots of special touches. Little challenge getting into the unit but owner apologized and responded. We will be back!

Lovely Apartment for Weekend Stay
We loved our accommodations at Jesse's apartment for weekend stay in Nashville. We were attending a conference at the convention center and the apartment was a quick Lyft away. Jesse was very flexible and accommodating with our requests for an early check in and late check out. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Loved it and hope to stay again if we make it back to Nashville. Highly recommend!

Love this place
The house was fantastic. So clean, cute, comfortable. My friends and I enjoyed everything about it. The beds were comfy. The small touches, made it feel like our own home. The house was a short Uber ride to Broadway, or 12th street for shopping. Very quite neighborhood. Jesse was very accommodating with us and letting us drop our luggage off at the house before we could check in. When we come back to Nashville we will be staying here again if it's available.

Can't do honest review
Unfortunately, can not give a review of stay since the owner canceled our reservation 2 hours before check in. I will say his communication was great but I was not refunded my full amount and was forced to pay for a hotel which was out of our budget due to the short notice. Owner claimed air conditioner was broken and couldn't get anyone out to fix before our stay. Which I am thankful that he let us know how ever it seems this could of been checked earlier in the day.

As seniors appreciated that there were no stairs and the place was very clean...our group of 3 travel together often and this place was one of the best stays...the beds were good and the ample coffee/creamers a blessing thank you...a little off the beaten path but solved by uber rides...recommend!

Great little apartment that was clean and comfortable. Nothing walkable but 1/2 mile from Vanderbilt U, 12th Ave, south downtown, and Music Row. AC was great and needed! Owner was super responsive and great.
