Fantastic family gathering spot
A wedding in the area gave us all an excuse to visit the Nashville area. The home was even better than expected! Our host was very accessible and helpful. So many great spaces to enjoy time together, the kitchen is a great gathering space, front and back porches and the game/movie room allow for lots of options. Would definitely return to spend more time exploring the area, lots to see and do!

This home is spacious, beautiful and family friendly. The hosts described the house and amenities clearly and accurately, and were very responsive to all our questions. Our very large family group was comfortable and felt right at home. There was ample entertainment for everyone, easy access to some of Nashville’s best attractions, and a great kitchen.

Absolutely Amazing!!
We couldn't have asked for a better experience with our stay. The house has plenty of space for our large group of adults. The beds were so comfortable. It was only a short 26mn drive to Broadway. Convenient location to plenty of shopping and dining in Mt Juliet. The only request/suggestion would be to add mirrors in some of the bedrooms. If we make a trip back to Nashville soon, I hope we have the chance to stay here again!

We stayed here for a wedding. Perfect space to gather with a large kitchen, two fantastic porches and well appointed bedrooms and baths. Scott was a great host— we had a problem using the entry system and the internet for the whole area went down but he kindly stayed in touch- thanks Scott for a nice stay and troubleshooting it all! If you want space but to hang with loved ones, this is your place.

A very nice experience
They need to do a deeper cleaning before the entrance of the guests, under the beds and armchairs there was a lot of dust that had been there for a long time, other than that, everything was really excellent, the property is very well equipped, and our host Scott is the Best we've had to this day.

Stayed over Thanksgiving. Nice, quiet, and relaxing. Nearby stores and restaurants as well as grocery. Owner very responsive to questions. 9 of us stayed with bedrooms to spare. Would recommend more towels. Washer and dryer worked well though. Short drive to Broadway.

Awesome beautiful house. 5 guys reconnecting from college days. We loved the property, quiet area, great setup and spaces. We highly recommend staying at rural hill. The commute to downtown for events and bars was not a problem.

The Cousins and I had a great time renting this property. The family drove in from West TN, Northwest MS, and Central AL. The property was very spacious with plenty of sleeping space. We had one issue with the linen in the owner's suite, but the owner was quick to respond and take care of the situation. I would recommend this property and would book it again in the future. Everything was a presented on the website. It's close enough to Nashville, but not too close. Traffic can be an issue on the main road to the express way. Overall we enjoyed ourselves!

We had an amazing time, this property was truly a home away from home. Kitchen had everything you needed. Full size laundry room, and an amazing front porch with a swing and rockers. We loved that we had a short drive to downtown, but we could also get away from the crowds as we wanted to. Host is great responds very quickly.

We had an absolute blast at this beautiful property. From the dual porches, beautiful interior, great sleeping arrangements, Ice cold AC and high end appliances, this VRBO made our stay. Taxis/Ubers had no problem coming out to us to get us down to Nashville. Highly Recommend!

We came to Nashville for a wedding with family and friends. The house was perfect and met all of our needs. It was super clean and in a convenient location that was also quiet. Plenty of fun amenities for teenagers and young adults. The Kitchen had everything we needed. The home is nicely decorated but left ample room for our personal belongings. Communication with the host was nice and efficient. Easy check in/check out. Everyone had a wonderful time! I would highly recommend this home.

Overall everything was very nice. If I could give 4.5 star rating I would. Only reason I didn’t was because of questionable cleaning service between guests.
