Our Brown County Shack is on 100 acres with 3 miles of private hiking trails.
Be prepared for the WOW as you walk into the newly-built, custom crafted log cabin known as Our Brown County Shack. The Owner is the builder and man will you see the custom work and the time that he put into this beautiful cabin. "Shack" as they so coined it is stated with humble meaning.
You come up the driveway and this cabin is perched on the hill of 100 acres all alone awaiting for you and the family. There are stairs to get up onto the lower level 54' covered deck. You can enter there into the lower den area equipped with a Satellite Flat screen TV with DVD player, mini fridge and microwave and room to enjoy each other's company. On this lower level is a king bedroom with an on-suite full bath with tub and shower.
Up the stairs inside or outside - you enter this custom log home. Upper/main level is a master bedroom (king) with an on-suite bath (over sized shower), a queen bedroom with an on-suite bath (over sized shower) and then the final queen bedroom with a hallway bath (over sized shower) and a full kitchen for the families meals. The living rooms has a wall of windows where you can enjoy the wildlife or looking down onto the catch and release pond and also equipped with a 58" smart TV and satellite.
There is another 65' covered deck off this upper level and also an 20'x30' deck for the outdoor enthusiasts. There is PLENTY of outdoor furniture, including 2 gliders, whether you decide to land on one of the massive covered decks, uncovered deck or fire pit area.
If you travel with your SMALL four-legged, extended family member, you’ll be happy to know that Our Brown County Shack log cabin is dog-friendly for the well-behaved and house-trained pooch. Please ask about bringing Spot along when you call to make your reservations. He’ll likely enjoy the weekend rendezvous just as much as you do.
