Prime location to get around Nashville
This location was excellent! Easy to get around and the river view was so peaceful and majestic. Birds, woodchucks, geese- beautiful nature.

Great place but not for 8
We had seven people and the pull out couch was not a pull out, basically a futon for one person (and not very comfortable). Besides that we had a great time and the stack of hats was a great touch!!

Great Location and Property
The location is close to whatever you may want to do in Nashville. Uber’s were super quick to pick us up and we were able to walk to Germantown easily. The property was clean and check in and communications with the host were great.

Our stay in Nashville was great! Place was conveniently located and along the river was beautiful. The living room furniture looked cute with decor and small size of area, but was HORRIBLE. It was not comfortable at all for grown ups. Maybe a college dorm.

Perfect Downtown Stay
We needed easy parking but close enough to downtown and this was absolutely perfect. Beautiful apartment and hosts exceeded expectations. Hope to come back!

This property is in a great location for all ages. You can rent electric scooter or bikes to get around downtown and other area. Never had to wait more than 6 min for Uber.

Fan lovers, this is your place, the added bonus of course.
We loved our stay, although short, it was perfect! Not gonna lie, the construction around the place makes it looks sketch at first but you feel very safe and secure here! Right on the river which makes you feel like you’re not in the city, yet blocks away from the fun and food! Open the closets and fans GALORE! It was a dream. I always struggle with sleeping anywhere but my home but this place provides it all! Not only that, this condo is perfectly decorated for all the best photo ops! Definitely want to come back for a girls trip!

Girls Weekend
Good location. Place was clean and cute! It would of been nice to have a blind on the sliding glass door. Also sheets were not out for the blow up but contacted manager and was given instructions on where to find it. Also pool towels would of been nice. Over all great place.

Place was very dirty, bugs in the cupboard's and on the floors, hair in the shower.floors very sticky walls were filthy ans well ans baseboards full of dirt and hair. Only 1 towel pp for 4 night stay for 4 people. River rats or some form of large rodents running around outside on the deck area daily. Heavy construction noise all day long. Much better off to have rented a hotel for a lot less money. Not worth what they charge.

Excellent Location With Nice River View
Our family of 5 stayed here 2 weeks ago. It is just as pictured and described. The location was perfect and the river view was great. Jen was an excellent host that responded to all my messages very quickly. It was so nice to have the pool to cool off in after long, hot, days downtown. While sitting on the back balcony, enjoying the view of the river, we saw cute woodland creatures. A racoon and a groundhog stopped by for a quick visit. If I ever find myself back in Nashville, I would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Trip
Took this trip to Nashville for the SEC Tournament at Bridgestone with our grandkids. The space was a great set up for us! Our grandson loved watching the boats and barges going down the river! Jen was great, and quickly replied to our questions. Plenty of towels, and also had all the necessities provided, too! (TP, soap, bodywash, shampoo, etc.) We walked daily to Bridgestone Arena, not a bad walk at all. Just straight down along the river, then up Broadway! It was so nice to be close to the downtown area and not have to worry about the traffic. The weather was a bit rainy the first day down and we had no worries while taking our luggage in with the covered parking area! This was a really neat space and we had everything we needed!

This propery is a total bait and switch and is not worth the money. Looks nice online, but its not. Scary neighborhood, jenk furniture and weird layout. 1. The shower curtain and the shower in the master bathroom were both moldy. The shower curtain needs to be thrown away and replaced with a new one. So gross. 2. The chair in the master bedroom has wobbly/broken legs. You can't sit on it for fear of falling down and hurting yourself. 3. The furniture in the den is impractical and uncomfortable. The yellow chairs are for looks only. SO uncomfortable! And the couch is rock hard. We only had three people in the condo and no one could sit comfortably in the living room. 4. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper in the condo. With three women staying for three days, that was ridiculous. We had to go out and buy more. 5. The gym equipment was broken. The bike, elliptical, etc. were not working. That was not noted in the property description. 6. The condo was located in the middle of a construction site and a sketchy area. As three women, we did not feel safe walking downtown, and had problems getting to the condo driving because some of the roads were blocked off completely. This place is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE considering its condition, location and neighborhood. Stay somewhere else. Youll be happy you did.
