The Space:
We are a 3000 SQFT ranch house on the countryside. This is true local country living. Please note that this is a large home and not a hotel. Although we have great cleaning and maintenance staff, there inevitably will be imperfections. If you are looking to give a low review or ask for refunds because you went through the home and found imperfections, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for an awesome unique ranch house and amazing location at a great price; this is your place!

LAYOUT:
The house has 2 levels.

MAIN FLOOR:
Bedroom 1- 2 Twin beds
Bedroom 2- King Bed
Bedroom 3- 2 Queen beds

DOWNSTAIRS:
Bedroom 4- King Bed
Game room - Sofa Bed

Bathrooms (both bathroom are on the main floor)
1- Main floor hallway bathroom and shower
2- Bedroom 3 ensuite bathroom and shower

Three sofas (2 in the living room and 1 in the downstairs game room) convert into comfortable Queen beds.
We also have a Pack N Play baby crib, stroller, and high chair so that your baby can live like a local.
There are plenty of extra sheets, linens, comforters & pillows.

Parking:
We can accommodate up to 7 vehicles of any size in our big driveway (including 2 in the carport)

Televisions & Entertainment:
5 Smart HDTV's that stream network and cable channels with Youtube TV.

WIFI
Free WIFI is provided across the entire home.
WIFI Speed: Upload 20 mbps: download 200 mbps. (speed will vary depending on number of devices connected to WIFI)

Kitchen & Cooking:
Full kitchen that comes with large and small appliances stocked with many of the essentials.
