"We were drawn to this property because of the location, which was ideal! Very walkable to downtown shopping and restaurants as well as campus. The space, though small, was immaculately clean and very up to date in furnishings, kitchen and bathroom. The IU themed decor is also fun! Our host, Samira was extremely prompt and thorough in all communications. Would highly recommend this property for 1 or 2 adults (1 bed, no couch) "

"I liked that each family had a separate space to stay. We loved the outdoor area on the second floor where all of the family gathered. It was so nice at night because the little lights all came on & we lit the gas flame burner. We could easily walk to all the shops in town. It was very quiet in the evenings. "The photos don't do it justice - this triplex is SUPER cute, cozy, and eclectic! We loved everything about it! It didn't affect us, but the only bathroom is in one of the bedrooms, so that's something to consider if you have more than one person/couple staying there. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the porch, yard, or fire pit, since it was raining the whole time we were there. Would definitely stay here again! It's a gem!"

"Cabin as described. Unbelievably supplied with everything you could possibly need. Abundance of towels provided and kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Our favorite spot was the large hot tub with easy to remove lid, perfect temperature. Owners great to work with, quickly responded to all our questions. Beds also very comfortable. Loved watching the birds out the front window eating from the birds feeder. "
