The mattress, sheets and blankets all has dirt on/in them and burn holes in the it, the mattress is beat up and you can feel the springs poking you so we are sore as all hell this morning when we woke up and kept waking up through out the night uncomfortable and in pain. We had to strip down the bedding and shake it out due to all the dirt and other stuff in it.

So the bed was dirty has burns in the mattress as well as being beat up and can feel all the springs poking you while laying or sitting on it and couldn't sleep comfortably because of it. Also the bed was so dirty it made us itchy from being on it

At first we were assigned a room someone else was already staying in. The key didn't work, fortunately, and someone else told us the room was occupied. The receptionist apologized and gave us another room, which had a full clogged toilet. I can't remember if we tried one or two more rooms (at least one room didn't have a working phone to call the front desk, and in one the bathroom light was out), and the receptionist told us that there would probably be an issue with any room, so we stuck with one of them. He was very friendly and as helpful as he could be, but the state of the property was shocking.

Staff very rude and lazy. They kept giving key cards to new guest and we’d wake up to people walking in our room at night. My fiancé is 9 months pregnant. The hotel manager called the cops to have me removed because he couldn’t wait 5 minutes for me to show him my reservation that he claimed he didn’t see.

This stay was horrible the room smelled like smoke. The bathroom door handle was broken the beds did not fit 2 people as stated in the site. Not staying here again

The staff was wonderful about getting me a refund for the night I didn’t use. The bed was horrible and we could not sleep. The room was falling apart. It looked like the bathroom door had been kicked in half, and the floor boards were coming up. Definitely not a place to stay to enjoy a vacation, but maybe for like work trips? Regardless, the staff was very kind and sympathetic of the situation and issued a refund with no issue.

The boards under the tiling in the bathroom need to be replaced as they significantly compressed when walked upon. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Lot of nearby/walkable dining, if it's not too cold... This November, it wasn't. Only irritating this is that the cardkey door locks do not work very well at all... A pain to climb the stairs with cameras, laptop and violin to find the door won't open... Then you have to go back to the lobby carrying all your stuff, and do it all over again. This seems to work fine at ever other M6. Just fix the damned things. :(
