"The staff was kind and friendl. Many spoke enough English to help me out. The food was delicious. And the rooftop hot tub was a dream. The hallways and room are a little muggy at first, and the smell of wood is strong, but once I turned down the ac and spent enough time it was all fine."

"lovely location. breakfast had a huge variety of choices. one small challenge was information. i asked about boat trips, went to the activity desk, who said they weren't running, who sent me back to the front desk, who gave me a bus timetable. every time I asked a question I was handed more paper. ..."

"グループや家族で出かけるのに本当に素晴らしい施設ですが、他の方もご指摘の、１）タブレットでのチェックインの手続きに時間がかかる、２）エアコンの自動切り替えの点で、価格との期待値のバランスを鑑みて、星を一つ減らしました。チェックインでは、もう少し簡単な他のスマートな認証方法があるといいと思いました。エアコンの自動切り替え（夜中に勝手にオンになる、その際の音が気になって眠れなくなる）については、カビ防止のための自動の温度設定がされているとご回答をいただきましたが、宿泊者の睡眠が妨げられるので、夏場滞在者がいる際には自動設定オフにしていただくと良いのではないかと進言しました。アメニティの設置なども細かい連絡を確認しながらないになる点は、ラグジュアリ体験ではないので、グループの中にまめな人が一人いると解消すると思います。 ..."
