9 Desano Drive. This is a quaint beach cottage much larger on the inside than it seems from the outside, it is very spacious. There are 4 large bedrooms. 2 Bdrms upstairs with 4 twin beds and 4 trundles. The 4 twin beds can be converted to 2 king beds at your request. Two bedrooms downstairs set up for adults with king size beds.
1 full and 1/2 Bath and Outside Shower. The living room and kitchen are knotty pine and the bedrooms are bright and cheery. Water views from the living room, front bedroom and sky lights. Living room has a cozy fireplace for cool summer nights and full size pull-out couch. Outdoor patio with plenty of furniture, Weber grill and outdoor shower. The front porch is our favorite spot.

Homeowner managed: This house is managed and rented by the homeowners Brian & Lisa, not a rental agency. All communication is direct with the homeowner. We live nearby and are very responsive to our customers' needs. We ask our renters to leave the house clean as they received it. Any necessary cleaning by us shall be deducted from your security deposit. You will notice the many personal touches, beach theme and attention to detail throughout our home.
Other places to explore and beach info: Scarborough is a state operated beach with rolling surf, bath house and concession stand. The beach is sandy (not rocky) with covered pavilions and some picnic tables and has a very large mowed grassy area for fun. The beach is a 3 minute walk from the house and you have a view of the ocean from the front porch of the house. Most nights you can hear the waves from the bedrooms.
Narragansett and Gallilee are filled with Seaside Shops, Restaurants and fun activities. Block Island ferry is a bike ride away.
Wakefield/Peace Dale has great restaurants, breweries, and places to see great music.
Wickford Village is about 20 minutes away and is a quaint town with marina, shops and restaurants. Watch Hill is about 30 minutes away, has an antique carousel, shops and restaurants.
