"This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. A very relaxing holiday but very hot in Augusta’s one downside is no air conditioning. "

"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"This was the type of property we were looking for. This was a trip with my wife and me and our 4 adult children. We loved the location away from crowds but close enough to get to every where in Umbria for day trips. If you are traveling in the summer, just be aware there is no air conditioning. Probably not as big a deal if you aren't used to a/c as us spoiled Americans. But with temperatures near 100°F there isn't enough natural air flow through the house to cool it off. "We had a great time at Anat's place. The location is incredible, the views from the property amazing. The beds are comfortable, there's plenty of space and the area is very quiet. Anat is a wonderful host, very attentive and quick to respond. The house was incredibly well stocked, no need to run searching for supplies on your arrival. "The property is wonderful with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, even 2 seperate kitchens and plenty of family room space. The highlight is the pool, that we thoroughly enjoyed, towels were sufficiently provided. The location is half an hour away from restaurants and/or supermarkets. "We were on a family holiday with two families and grandparents. The accommodation was perfect as we were all able to have our own space with ample communal space as well. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to a variety of local supermarkets meant catering was easy. We will definitely be coming back!"

"We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks. The accommodation was perfect with a/c in the bedrooms which was essential as it was 90+ degrees every day. The swimming pool was perfect and the children spent most of their time in it. Senor Laurenzo was always available for any questions we might have. He gave us the name of a wonderful chef Noce. She Cooked for us on 3 nights which was excellent! We thoroughly recommend this villa and we hope to come back!"
