"The property is stunning, amazing views of the mountains of Casaprota. The home Is comfortable, spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Stefano was a great host, offering a lot of insight into all things Italy. We even had an opportunity to have an authentic Italian restaurant experience with him and his family, which was a pretty awesome experience. "We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"The garden and the pool are very well maintained. The host is very helpful and friendly. Some problems with the equipment were resolved very quickly. It is in a very good location - you could access many great cities in less than 1 hour: Roma, Orvieto, Narni. The area is very green with nice view from the hill.
