Left something to be desired!

"Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at ..."

"We stayed for 3 days and had a lovely stay with our three children. The staff were very relaxed and friendly and the area itself is lovely. There is a market on a Tuesday and we picked up some bargains. We would definitely recommend."

"I stayed in a double bedroom for 3 nights and absolutely loved the place! Has the most amazing views all around, the rooms are very cleaned and comfortable and the pool is great! If I have the chance to come back to isola d’Elba I will definitely stay here again."
