"The property is in a good position about 10 minutes walk from the beach. It has a beautifully equipped kitchen and nice outdoor sitting area. We feel the property description is misleading in some areas, and hope the following will clarify things: 1. It sleeps 8 (at a push) but only seats 4. There is soft seating indoors for 4 people only. 2. The property claims to be air conditioned. In truth there is a mobile air conditioning unit in the lounge, and that is it. "Very comfortable house with everything as described. Had problems with WiFi but sorted out by the wonderful Anita! Plenty of room for the us and very handy for the beach and town centre. Must see attractions are Narbonne cathedral, Gruissan and Angeleres sur mer. Highly recommended."

"A lovely little spot, perfect for a week at the beach with the family. Villa is equipped with everything you would need, including toys and games to keep the whole family entertained. Narbonne Plage is a nice seaside town, with a beautiful and expansive beach. Lots of places to enjoy a nice gelato and some great restaurants. Highly recommended."
