Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 90 - 150 cm with rooflight with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Balcony 4 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 60. Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Excellent location mais
Excellent location mais est nécessaire d'anticiper et de connaître plusieurs choses - La taille de l'appartement - pour certaines personnes, cela peut être un problème. - Mezzanine - pas utile pour les personnes de grande taille, et très chaud en été pour dormir, reste à dormir sur un canapé avec une fenêtre ouverte. Mais le canapé est vieux et a un matelas un peu inconfortable. - Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et c'est le 3ème étage - les personnes âgées peuvent avoir des problèmes.
