"I stayed here for the night before an early flight home. The long corridor painted black was a bit odd and eerie, but everywhere was spotlessly clean and modern. I was on the premium floor and had star treatment from the staff, as well as a free drink voucher. My room was the ‘comfort’ option, so the smallest, but it was a perfect size with a lovely bath (and products!). I could watch the runway from the bathroom! The breakfast was very, very good - loads of different options so I had a good fill before I left. There’s an easy checkout screen if you’re in a hurry, and the hotel will take your bags before checkin so you can walk around unburdened. I also got in an hour early for ¥2000 which was really helpful for me!"

"This hotel had great reviews and they were accurate. It was just what we hoped It would be. Spacious rooms, very clean with all needed amenities supplied. The shower/bath room was roomy and wonderful. The staff provided excellent, courteous customer service. The location near Shiodome station is very central to Tokyo's amazing rail and metro services. Great restaurants and convenience stores are within easy walking distance. The only disapppointment was the gym. It had 1 treadmill, a few (3 -4) weight machines, and mats. And it was located next to the smoking room. Other than this minor disappointment, the hotel is great! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo. "

"We stayed here to visit Tokyo Disney and we really enjoyed the hotel. The resort buses take you to and from the parks and the subway station which is very convenient. Our room looked out on Space Mountain and the Disneyland Castle which was lit up at night! Breakfast was a buffet option which was fine. Overall a great hotel for Disney trips."
