Fantastic veranda to relax and watch the river flow by, bird life, swans, and jumping fish!!.Kids able to access canoe, kayak, access 2 lakes easily.Also amazing park, good for all ages including tween/teens just down the road.Range of life jackets available. Also had fishing gear which we didn't use.Property, very light and nicely decorated. "This property was absolutely lovely. Had all the utensils and equipment we could possibly need. Only recommendation would be for fat sorb to be added to the bbq to prevent flare ups. Loved sitting on the balcony having a game of uno and a bevy. Great place for a family gathering. It's hard to find a place to house the 7 of us and we had plenty of room."

"The unit is compact but has nearly everything required for our week-long stay. The location is great, as was assistance when required from the booking agent. Lighting in the living areas is quite poor and the smoke detector is located right above the cook-top, which made us reluctant to cook any meat in the unit, as we didn't want to risk being charged 1,700 for the fire brigade callout fee. "the owners have done an amazing job with this home. It's got everything you need for a holiday and is walking distance to North Avoca beach. This is a blessing when you have kids! The beds are super comfy and the air conditioning is so good after a hot day in summer.Hope to come back again soon!"

"An open-plan, sun-lit house, with ample space for large groups. Our teens and 18+ kids enjoyed to fooz ball and snooker table. We brought our own food and geoceries cause there aren't any stores nearby. Having free access to Netflix and other apps on the TV was great, and loved the Anchor restaurant right at the door of the property. "Communication wias great, place was easy to access, undercover parking, good amount of supplies ie coffee, tea, cereal, milk etc. Bed was comfortable, large ceiling fan and everything you could need was there. Very pleasant experience."
