"This is a house that is right on the Caribbean Sea. The outdoor area is as beautiful as the pictures describe. There is a swimming beach about 300 feet from the back door. The property owner was very responsive. The location is on the West side of the island 2.5 hours from San Juan. 15 minutes from Rincón, 45 minutes from Gozalandia waterfalls; an hour from Parguera. The home is residential area and seemed very safe. We chose to eat at house and grocery store was less than 10 minutes from home....

"This property is located in a nice location. It is close to lots of necessary stores and beaches. We rented both of the villas to house our families to celebrate the new year. We had 10 adults and 2 children. Victor was attentive to every question and need that arose on our vacation. On the island you may face challenges. The entire island had a power outage while we were there for over 24 hours. However, Victor made sure as soon as I called him to have someone there to get the generator up...

"Loved this place. Considering I am on vacation with 8 members of my family, this was a large property with plenty of room for us to not be crammed together. It was also very clean. The pool was fantastic. The brand new grill was used for a few good meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and I would have loved to steal them and bring them to my next place. Close by are some good restaurants we enjoyed and the beach, though the beach was a little rough to swim in during our stay. But nearby...
