"Good value, basic budget motel. The location is near the lake, restaurants and the main sports/entertainment venue in Penticton. Rooms are dated and a bit tired, but mine was a good size, well-maintained and clean. I visited in off-season and arrived after hours, and there were no staff in the office, but communication was good and I was given pass code for the room. I would stay there again when next in Penticton."

Looks exactly like photos. Amazing pool area and very well equipped kitchen and bbq area with good cooking tools. It was great each room has its own bathroom with shower.
