"Let me start with, I would rent this property again. The property could use some cosmetic improvements for the NRI customer. The property manager is new at this and some attention to detail would make the experience much better. For example, written instructions on how to handle/ find mundane things like how to dispose of full garbage bins, batteries for remotes, turn on the water heater, refill all the hand soap bottles, would make life simple.
