Guest Access:
Boutiq provides guests staying at The Vandy with a check-in code on the morning of their reservation. This code will be programmed to the home's front door, and will be active throughout your reservation. The code to the garage will also be provided during your stay if you wish to access the property in that manner.

The Vandy by Boutiq is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Naples Park to the north of Naples proper. The property is located just 35 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport and 24 minutes from Naples Airport. Navigating up and down Florida's gulf coast is a breeze due to the home's proximity to the highway!

The property is within walking distance to the upscale and vibrant Mercato shopping district, Whole Foods Market, and the Waterside Shops. Restaurants in that area include The Capital Grille, Blue Martini Lounge, Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar, and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar.

You can enjoy beach access as well as incredible nature preserves like the Barefoot Beach County Preserve. Nearby, Vanderbilt Beach Park is a popular North Naples beach that has gorgeous powdery white sand and refreshing onshore breeze to keep you cool in summer, and there are excellent bird watching opportunities in the migratory winter months.

Getting Around:
Boutiq strongly encourages renting a vehicle for any stay in Naples, FL, and ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are also available.

Other Things to Note:
Pool heating is $50 per day, for the entire duration of your stay or a 7-day minimum. There is no hot tub. Pool heating requests and payments must be received 48 hours before check-in. The pool will be set to heat to a temperature of 85 degrees.
