There is a heated outdoor pool overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico, on-property parking, tennis/pickleball court, and dock. The beach is groomed daily and always quiet because there are only 30 units in this building with 13 private homes adjacent to the property. You could nap on the lanai, after watching the dolphins and manatees in the Gulf.
