Gulf or Bay views from every room. King-size bed and en suite bathroom in Primary bedroom; Queen bed in 2nd bedroom; Two (2) Double XL beds in 3rd bedroom. Oversized pool on property plus ground level storage for included beach equipment. Private tennis court/Pickleball court. Assigned outside parking spot on premises with additional guest parking across the street. New furniture, beds, linens, towels etc. in 2022. Full-sized washer and dryer in unit. Walking distance to LaPlaya Beach Resort, Buzz's Lighthouse, Turtle Club Restaurant and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. 30 day minimum rental.
