Naples Park is positioned between two beautiful beaches, Vanderbilt and Delnor-Wiggins. The neighborhood is very family-friendly and close to both the beach and shopping. Mercato is a 4-minute drive from our house and you will find lots of dining, coffee shops, ice cream spots as well as groceries and retailers. Downtown is a short 15-20 minutes drive.
The streets are quiet and you will find many people walking, jogging or riding their bikes to local amenities or to Vanderbilt beach. Free parking in our driveway.
The home has keyless entry, via a digital keypad - you will be provided with a code. Please note that there is a noise monitoring device installed to monitor high noise levels to prevent disturbance of the neighborhood. For security reasons, surveillance cameras are installed outside the house. These are located at the main entrance and at the front of the house, which monitors the driveway. By booking, you agree if law enforcement, fire or security personnel visit your vacation home during your stay law Enforcement, fire or security personnel and VALIBERA have the right to have you and anyone staying with you vacate your vacation home without any refund. In the event of a fire alarm being activated (even accidentally), the guest will be charged for the costs incurred for notification by the emergency call center, inspection trip by staff to the house or for the arrival of the fire department (minimum $500). There is an insurance policy fee for any minor damage you accidentally cause to the property, furniture or equipment during your stay. This will be added automatically at checkout.
You can find the WIFI Code in your bookings section or just ask us about it. We offer Xfinity TV with all major TV Channels in the living area. Feel free to use your own streaming provider like Hulu, Netflix, Prime etc. on all other TVs in the bedrooms. Please make sure that the propane gas tanks are full enough before using the BBQ grill or the fire pit table.
