"Get away from it all!" at this very special property that features serene waterfalls, water gardens, large heated pool. This home is a two story, spacious and well appointed. If you enjoy nature, water gardens, generous heated swimming pool, and a spacious home, then look no further. If you desire privacy away from crowds and want to explore the beauty of your very own water gardens, you may view birds, butterflies, fish, and flowers in abundance right in your own back yard! If, this sounds like a piece of tranquility that your looking for then look no further!

Many upgrades on this split level home. There are exotic rosewood floors throughout the upstairs and travertine tiles. A camera system has been installed, as well as, decorative metal security gate and fence around one acre of the property. A second kitchen has been added to the ground level floor. An outdoor water garden, water features, a 18' x 34' grecian style pool with fountain, a a spa, and a generous paver deck around the pool for entertaining. Many palms, fruit trees, bougainvillea, and flowering bushes adorn the property. This home has six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two living areas.

This home is ideal for large groups and/or families. Or, if you just want to "get away from it all", this property will give you the privacy you desire, but, still keep you in close proximity of the beach, shopping, restaurants, golfing, and movies. This home is located in a very quiet and ungated community.

I am a regular practitioner of yoga. I have had this house for 12 years and my goal has to make it into a tranquil oasis. It has been important to me to create a blissful and quiet space. I feel this resonates not just within the walls of my home but, beyond to the the spaces of my gardens as well! It has an incredible healing and rejuvenating energy about it.

The property was great and Melissa is a fantastic communicator. It was obvious that some of the other reviews have been addressed as we could see recent maintenance on the deck. The property outside could benefit from some maintenance but it’s landscaping. The pool was great and the hot tub was a nice place to warm up and hang out.

Family Vacation
My inlaws and I stayed at this house for an extended family vacation. The location had great access to restaurants and the beach. The pool was beautiful and very family friendly. We had an issue with the TV the host responded within 4 minutes and she had a new TV in the house the next day. We highly recommend!

Four of us - golfers - stayed there for several days. House is fine for that. Pool is great and the house is huge with plenty of bedrooms and 2 full kitchens. Property needs some serious TLC but it was very affordable.

House served us well for 6 referees. Internet could be better. Thankfully one of our guys had a HULU account or we would've had no tv for 8 days, don't recall this being stated anywhere. House is outdated, but served us well, beds are very comfortable. We would stay again!!

Family Christmas
This is our second time staying at this house and we just love it. It's a little worn but you can't beat the space inside and out. Our family is growing and yet all of the couples got their own rooms and the had a pack-n-play and highchair for our little one. Our favorite spot was to hang out by the pool. The owners are great and easy to work with. We had a couple little hiccups while we were there and they responded the same day. They are amazing. We'll definitely be back.

I recently stayed at this rental house and had a mixed experience. While the owners were incredibly nice and responsive, there were some issues with the property itself. The pictures provided are about 15-20 years old and did not accurately reflect the current condition of the home, which needs a lot of tender loving care (TLC). Additionally, the property is a 20-minute drive from the beaches, which may be inconvenient for some renters. Overall, the experience was okay, but I would suggest that the owners update the pictures to better represent the property's current state.

Presidents weekend Soccer trip
For what we were down here for, the house met our needs. We had 11 people for a youth soccer showcase and it worked out great. Location is central to Bonita Springs and Naples. Plenty of parking for mulitple cars. 1 mile from Publix and other stores. Communication with owner was great and she was very quick to reply. Provided great recommendations as well. The pictures for this are very outdated, especially outside. Needs a good clean up and shrubbery trimmed. We did not use pool or hottub. Inside was ok, faucet handles and some other items need tightened up or repaired. Beds were solid/pillows were good. Downstairs bathroom had an old razor and used shampoo/conditioners. We'd stay here again if were ever in need in this area.

the bad reviews are correct
Was not the oasis as described. pictures of the nice outdoor ponds, waterfalls, decks are all nasty and overgrown. pool was dirty and cloudy, pool side equipment chairs, pool toys were all broken or dirty. the inside was rough as well, could keep going but i will keep it short. we will never book again and if you do dont expect much.

Great for a family gathering
We really enjoyed our stay at Melissa's home. Even though we'd planned to use it for sleeping rooms for the overflow of guests for a nearby family reunion, we found ourselves gathering there and being so comfortable in all the different sitting areas that the whole family spent much of our time all together there. It is like your favorite cousins' home -- set up with everything you need for a family visit, not all brand new but very cozy. Plus some neat bells and whistles. The light show on the fountains at night was a great surprise, as was the evening swimming in a warmed up pool (nice, even in August). It was hot in August of course, but the gardens and the swan made it really nice to take short strolls outside. The evenings were nice and surprisingly not too buggy. And it was great to have TWO kitchens. While you'll probably need to bring your own soap and other necessities (paper towels, toilet paper refills), there is a big supermarket right down the street. And a check through the cabinets and downstairs storage closet will often reveal the extra towels or sunhat you forgot to pack. Finally Melissa and her husband were great to work with, very flexible and quick to respond to our requests. We'd love to stay there again.

Fantastic Home! Beautiful and welcoming!
We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at this property. The home is spacious and far exceeded our expectations. We have a large family and hotels are stuffy and unwelcoming. Here we felt at home with everything we could possibly need plus more. All the kids had there own rooms. plenty of towels , a kitchen full of everything we needed to cook and bathrooms for everyone. There was also enough room to entertain family's of my son who had just graduated. The owners made the whole visit worry free and when we needed anything, such as the AC unit in basement not working well, they were out right away to fix it. My husband and I had the master bedroom that had a beautiful walk in shower and a tub, extra sized room with our own bathroom. There were also so many extras like a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, pool toys and games and everything you have in a home that you may need on vacation. The pool was so beautiful and the kids enjoyed it day and night. Very private and lots of places to relax and enjoy. Lovely flowers and landscape. The nice thing about the house is that it was so beautiful but also laid back enough that you didn't worry about using anything. Everyone that came LOVED it. Very reasonable and fun. We are hoping to come again even if we don't have a graduation , just for a family getaway. Thank you so much for the memorable time and great accommodations.

Rough around the edges, but still enjoyable
Pluses: The pool was beautiful, there was plenty of space and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed and the A/C worked well. The host was very responsive. Minuses: There was trash around the front stairs (including medical gloves, empty bottles and cans). There was debris at the bottom of the pool, although not enough to worry about. The rest of the backyard was NOT as advertised. Lots of areas were broken down, there was no water in the water features and standing water that had turned green. The listing said there was a firepit and additional garden seating area, but those are clearly long gone. The TVs throughout the residence did not work, except for a small one in the upstairs living room. My biggest issue with the property is the weak second-floor deck. It was lashed to a tree and had a broken beam and shaky railings that seemed very unsafe. We didn't have small children with us, but if we did, I would be extremely concerned for their safety. Overall Impression: For our family of five (with 2 teens and a tween), we found the property to be comfortable enough and generally worth the price. But we all agreed we would seek out other accommodations the next time we come to the area. It is clear this property has been neglected since the photos and listing were first posted, and it definitely does not live up to other VRBO properties we have experienced to date.
