The Club 303 is a newly remodeled Condo in an unspoiled beach front gated community, Nestled between Pelican bay and Parkshore. The Club at Naples Cay is a Beach front community within 33 acres of protected nature preserve. Enjoy the glorious, sun-kissed beach and more than a mile of frontage. Striking views from expansive terraces, swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico.
The Club has a lobby level state of the Art exercise and fitness center, stream and dry sauna. A large pool and Jacuzzi are located directly in front of the building. Views amidst a tropical setting and meticulously landscaped grounds, looking out over the Gulf of Mexico. The condo was wonderful. The private beach was so quiet and perfect. The pool was awesome with no crowds. The view from the balcony was one of our favorite spots for sunrise and sunsets! Everything in the condo was clean and in great shape. The short walk to the beach was great and beautiful views. We would love to come back in the future.

Club 303 was exactly as pictured. Super clean and had everything we needed for a weeks vacation. The storage closet with beach supplies was an added bonus. We would stay here again!

Another great stay.....
This was our second stay at this 'excellent beach access' property - just a walk across the gardens, over the boardwalk and there is the beach. The apartment had a couple of minor maintenance issues which we reported to the property manager. Kitchen and bathrooms are nicely kitted out, and the umbrellas and chairs as provided, are essential for the beach. Lovely location with several restaurants within a mile of the apartment.

Great Vacation!
Our family stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. Great location, perfect size for our family of 4, pool and beach are steps away, had all the beach supplies anyone needs, and quiet yet close to pretty much everything. Almost felt like a private beach! We miss the unbelievable sunset views the most! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!

The view from the unit is amazing. The pool is directly below then Beautiful foliage followed by the gorgeous gulf ahead! The unit has all you need and we loved the tranquility of the location. We hated to leave and would love to come again.

Spectacular sunsets!
This is a lovely condo property with a beautiful view of the gulf and spectacular sunsets! We love the location which is close to shopping and restaurants. We like having the use of the fitness center which is within the building. The beach is steps away from the condo and enjoy our long morning walks along the shore. It is a perfect vacation spot!

Great location
Beautiful view of the pool area and gulf from the balcony, living area, and master bedroom. Short walk and you are on the beach! The third floor unit is perfect for those of us who prefer to get in more steps vs. the elevator. Check in could not have been easier. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend.
