Chiara was extremely helpful in finding the location of the entrance. The property was clean and the room was a lot larger than we thought it would be. The location was also perfect as you are within walking distance to everything you would want to see.

Nella was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable, and it was a very secure building. The location was great for coffee, food, and walking around! The only reason I would give it 4 stars and not 5, is the location (nothing to do with the accommodation) - while I felt safe during our stay, this is not the “nice” part of Napoli. It is away from the water/ views, but if you are okay with that, it is a great area to have a more authentic experience! You can walk to all of the sites, or take a taxi/ public transportation.

Very kind people working here and we loved how small the place was. There were only a few rooms in total and they were very, very nice. Great location, quiet, but lots of things close by and walkable. Really appreciated all the help from the staff to get settled in, change our reservation as needed, provide recommendations, and book us a taxi. Would stay here again for sure.

The room itself was in great conditions. You could tell it was newly remodeled however the area outside and where the actual place is , is not nice at all. The room was clean and smelled really good. However, the building is in horrible conditions outside which is not shown on the property pictures here and the evaluator is small and need a key to go up each time. Once you get to the “hotel” floor you forget of the surrounding of the building but that’s something I thought I would point out since it caught us by surprise. We also did check in “online”. Staff was fun friendly and understanding since our flight got delayed and weren’t able to get there on the scheduled appt time. Location was also great , very close to many key spots.
