Welcome to Paradise Palms Naples! WALK, RIDE BIKES, OR DRIVE TO WORLD FAMOUS BEACHES. This incredible home is perfectly suited for large groups or two families. Four bedrooms plus two high end sofa sleepers. Three full baths and beautiful pristine pool. Shopping, restaurants and points of interest all within minutes. Bikes, beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella all included. Free Wi-Fi and Hulu with live tv.
The space
As you enter this lovely private home, a living room welcomes you, tastefully decorated with a coastal Naples flair. It features an upgraded memory foam queen size sofa bed. Plank hardwood floors run throughout the home. Down the hall to your right, a beautiful open kitchen, dining and family room await you with glass pocket doors that open to the covered lanai and screened in pool area. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with granite counters and ample cabinets for your grocery items. The round table in the dining area seats eight plus there is seating for two at the breakfast bar. Additional seating for six is available on the covered lanai. The family room is comfortably appointed with a leather sectional sofa, 54" flat screen smart TV with cable and plenty of seating. WiFI is provided throughout the home.

The left side of the home features three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twins. All of the bedrooms have large closets with shelving and hanging space. These two guest rooms share a large bath with a walk in marble shower. The downstairs master boasts a king size bed, flat screen smart TV, large bathroom with double sinks and marble walk in shower. This bedroom has a beautiful view with glass doors that open to the pool area.

Accommodations continue as you walk up the stairs where you'll find a second family room, master bedroom and bath. The family area has a 54" flat screen smart TV and upgraded memory foam queen size sofa sleeper. A dining/game table and wet bar with refrigerator makes this a great area for a second family or kids. French doors open to the master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk in closet and large bath with jetted tub and shower combination.

South facing pool exposure allows you to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine all day long or you may choose to sit under the private covered screened in lanai and enjoy a tropical refreshment. The beautiful pool is comfortably heated at no additional charge. Enjoy outdoor cooking with your choice of a gas or charcoal grill, or for a true cooking experience, use the outdoor brick oven to bake up an authentic wood fired pizza.

Grab a few of the provided beach chairs and walk to your choice of two beach areas. If walking is not for you, the covered parking at Vanderbilt Beach is less than a five minute drive. Delnor-Wiggins State Park features plenty of trails and seaside scenery for walking, running or a picnic at a reasonable daily park entry fee of $6/car. Bikes are included with the house if that is your chosen mode of transportation.

A plethora of dining and shopping experiences are all within close proximity. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Mercato Entertainment District, Pavilion Center, Waterside Shops and two movie complexes are all nearby. Old Naples and 5th Avenue are a short 10 minute drive.

This is one of the the few two story homes in the the Naples Park area and will easily accommodate large groups or two families.

A Thanksgiving getaway with family
Our “Naples Beach Retreat” property was sensational. Clean, convenient, near to the beach and nightlife. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The house had every accessory for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner and the pool and patio were well furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Great experience in general except for the cleanliness of the pool area, floor was dirty, couches were filthy, outside oven was not in good condition for cooking. We ended up washing the whole floor, chairs and dining table ourselves, otherwise we wouldn’t have enjoyed the backyard as planned.

Beautiful place , close to everything you could need, but out of the hustle and bustle. Just the way we like it , the owners provided everything we needed for our stay. Even stocked the shower with shampoo & body wash! The pool was so awesome on those rainy days. Floats & towels were provided as well as beach chairs & umbrellas. Couldn’t ask for a better place ! Best little gem in Naples!
From the moment we booked our trip to this adorable home to the very very last bit… We loved everything, and it was perfect!!! There were no issues at all. It was a candle burning for us when we first got there, making us feel so warm and welcome! The pool is fabulous. They maintained the grounds impeccably. The beds were all very comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us. We especially love the fact that there are two master suites! Loved our stay!
We were a group of adults and a 4 month old and this home couldn’t have been more perfect! The upstairs suite is far removed from the main living areas of the home, allowing for our baby to sleep undisturbed while the adults socialized in the kitchen, living room and pool areas. The house was beautiful and clean, and the pool was a perfect way to escape the near 90 degree weather. We did not end up walking to the beach as it was a bit further away than expected. There are many grocery stores and other shopping very close by. The host was great at responding to our questions quickly. The AC worked very well too!!

Amazing Stay!!!
Loved everything about this property. So much space in this warm and welcoming home. The host may be the best part of all. Terrific communication and flexibility. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minutes away from an amazing restaurant/bar scene. So much to do in the area. And if that is not your thing, you can just relax at the house. The pool was fantastic. I wish we had more time there. We will be back!

Girls weekend
We had a wonderful weekend at Steve and Gabriel's. There were eight of us and we plenty of space, whether we wanted to all be together or gain some privacy. The house was very well equipped and well organized allowing us to quickly feel at home. The pool area was lovely and even though we had some bad weather luck we were still able to swim in a well heated pool and sit out under a covered lanai. The location was very convenient to the beach, restaurant's and shopping. It was super fun to ride the bikes provided and head to the beach with chairs provided. The host were quick to answer any question we had. We would recommend this house without hesitation.

The house is great and just like the pictures. The host (Steve) was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Amazing hosts!
Unfortunately, our host had to cancel our reservation because the AC stopped working the morning of check-in. But not only did the host notify us first thing in the morning, he also found another house for us to rent… and even did a walk-thru of the new property to make sure it met his standards. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation even though we couldn’t stay at his property. He was responsive, professional, and exceeded all expectations of a VRBO Host! We will definitely rent his home again in the future.

This house was wonderful. We stayed here with two families very comfortably. The pool setup was great with a shady place to sit and relax but with lots of sun on the pool. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable even the pull out couches were comfortable for small children. The kitchen had everything we needed and we did a lot of cooking. We even got to take advantage of the pizza oven which made excellent pizzas. The bathrooms were even stocked with some shower essentials, soaps and other necessities. The garage was full of toys and anything you would need for the beach, even bikes. Nice clean washer and dryer too. The owner was very responsive and awesome. Definitely coming back to stay. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Wonderful Home and location!
This home is perfect for families with younger children. The homeowners had portable cribs, a high chair, kids dinnerware, beach toys etc. The house is very clean and updated, just as the photos show. Steve was quick to return any messages. I had some questions on how to use the pizza oven and he was most helpful. One of the highlights of our week was making our own yummy pizzas! The pool was heated and the waterfall ran on a timer and was perfect background noise for a sleeping baby. The neighborhood is close to so many things- beaches, groceries, restaurants, stores, the zoo, etc. We will definitely come back here next year!

Pre-Christmas getaway
We decided to take a week off, pre-Christmas, and it was just as enjoyable as we hoped for. The house was very clean and showed just as nice as the pictures. The backyard set-up was fantastic for three grandchildren under the age of 12. The pool was nicely heated and very spacious. The property manager/owner was easy to communicate with and was very attentive to our needs. Access to Vanderbilt Beach was a short drive away but due to Hurricane Ian the parking structure normally utilized was not open. Parking was available at a park close by. The shops and dining at the Mercato center were also very close by and worth the visit. I would highly recommend this property for a family to enjoy the sunshine of south Florida

We had a wonderful experience here . The house was very will equipped with the exception of sheets for the pullout beds. We also couldn’t find enough detergent to wash the sheets we used.
