Lanai Living Townhouse - Resort Pool, Spa, Community

A chic home in Aviano, a luxury development right in Central Naples. We are a 15 minute drive to the beach, 15 minutes to Mercato, and 15 minutes to 5th avenue.

The home comes equipped with everything you need. It is fully furnished.

Primary bedroom has large en-suite bathroom, big walk-in closet, and a Sleep Number king sized bed.

Second room has a queen bed and large closet.

Third room has a bunked twin over a full sized bed.

Home has a massive living room with a gorgeous tropical view from the sliding glass doors that bring you to your quiet, private lanai.

We have an eat in kitchen and proper dining room.

New appliances and all brand new furniture! Furnished from some of the finest furniture stores in Naples.

This home is equipped for remote work with two desks and strong wifi.

Rental is subject to HOA approval, including background check. Application fee to HOA is $100, which is not included in the rental rate (submitted direct to HOA).

Lovely
The place was beautiful and so is the community. The owners were very nice and responsive. The pool is an adequate size and not overly crowded. It is tucked away like a lovely oasis. The fitness center is better than most I have seen. It was a very nice place to stay.

Awesome Naples living quarters for two months day!
Awesome Naples living quarters for two months stay! We have been spending time in the Naples area for five years and this was by far our favorite location! The owners, Stephen and Tahnee Penta were awesome and were great communicators as well! When we arrived the condo was spotless and although we had bought some kitchen items with us we need not have because everything we needed was there! We would be happy to rent from them again anytime!

Nice Naples getaway.
We spent the month of January 2022. The condo is spacious, very clean, and very well appointed. The host, Stephen, and his wife, were gracious hosts and provided everything we could have asked for, very easy to communicate with! We highly recommend this property!!
