We offer you a 9-bed apartment with balcony located on the first floor, with 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms. Everything has just been renovated and is located in the center of our city wonderful place full of culture and enchanting place for traveling on foot or by public transport. Just near the house we can enjoy the historic cemetery Delle Fontanelle that is worth visiting, then a few steps away in Via duomo stands the Cathedral of Naples and in its vicinity there are two archaeological museums. Then the chapel is severe of the veiled Christ and finally the seafront that the whole world envies us.

Upon arrival I was told I have to pay an additional City Tax. This is not stated anywhere on the website. The apartment does have air-conditioning but upon arrival I was told that it will cost extra if I want to use it ! That is money taken from the spend budget before the suitcases have been unpacked. The apartment is listed as 3 bedroom. This is not the case - there are only 2 Bedrooms. This can be confirmed in the description details but it is not clear. There is nothing about the apartment or the location that offsets this first impression

Spacious apartment in the heart of Naples
We stayed one night before flying out of Naples after being on the Amalfi coast. The apartment is not loacted in a "touristy area" but we loved the busy location which had a great local pizzeria and several yummy pastry stores down the road. It is also not far from the National Archeological Museum. This we found a plus, as although no one speaks English, no one is trying to pick pocket you either! The apartment is clean and large with plenty of space for the 5 of us. Rosario was a gem, who was keen to help with anything and even offered to pick up a coffee/ breakfast for us if we needed. The apartment is simply appointed, but the beds are comfortable. The only downside is the heart of Naples is not quiet and you can expect it to be quite noisy til 11pm! We also had large suitcases as we had been on a long trip and the apartment is upstairs with no lift, however Rosario helped us get our luggage up. We ended our trip having a fun evening in Naples!

Bonne emplacement
L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier très caractéristique de Naples, vivant et sympathique. Le propriétaire est disponible et accueillant. L'appartement se compose d'une cusine dès l'entrée principale. Dans la cusine, une échelle conduit à la première chambre de trois lit et une salle de bain. Il s'agit d'une chambre mezzanine, donc pas de portes. Puis il y a un très grand salon, où peut-être une table basse pourrait être utile quand in veut profiter du canapé. Dans ce même salon une autre échelle mène à la deuxième chambre avec trois lits aussi, toujours en mezzanine. La deuxième salle de bain se trouve dans la cuisine. L'appartement est grand et a un bon potentiel. On pourrait suggérer quelques rénovations (les portes des douches ferment pas bien) et la literie dans la chambre au dessus de la cusine. L'illumination aussi peut être améliorée avec des lumières un peu plus chaudes. Puisque le quartier est animé et que l'appartement se trouve au premier étage, il est un peu bruyant...mais c'est Naples ! C'est la vie de quartier! Dans l'ensemble notre séjour nous a satisfait!

Séjour de Noël à Naples
Un appartement situé dans un quartier populaire,très vivant, avec des petits commerces très bon marché ! A environ 30mn à pied de la rue commerçante Toledo et de la mer. Nous aimons marcher mais il est bien sûr possible de.prendre le.metro à 10mn environ. Un superbe front de mer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et remercions encore Rosario pour son accueil.

Perfecte per disfrutar del Nápoli autèntic.
Un bon lloc per gaudir de Nàpols. Al barri de la Sanitá. Pots anar a peu a tot arreu, com diu en Rosario, a 25 minuts de qualsevol lloc. Un apartament acollidor i confortable en un barri napolità autèntic. Molt recomanable.

Au coeur de la vie napolitaine
Appartement très bien situé pour être au coeur de la vie napolitaine dans le quartier de Sanita , accés facile au centre historique et moyens de transport publics.Commerces en proximité. L'annonce Abritel mentionne 3 chambres et 8 couchages, il n'y a en réalité que 2 chambres (1 lit double, Deux lits simples ), le canapé lit du salon et deux lits individuels d'appoint permettent au total d'offrir 8 couchages dans ce grand appartement.Toutefois, l'équipement actuel en vaisselle et couverts n'est pas prévu pour 8 personnes . Accueil de Rosario très sympathique.

Casa spaziosissima e confortevole, pulita e accogliente..... Ottima scelta per chi vuole conoscere Napoli, presepi a parte. Il padrone di casa simpatico e napoletanissimo, molto gentile e disponibile. Una piacevole introduzione al rione e alla città!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Naples L appartement est bien situé,il correspond aux photos.Ne pas considerer le canape clic clac comme un couchage car matelas de 5cm.Nous avons loué pour 25 euros par jour le garage surveillé puis nous avons pris le métro (carte de métro- bus à 17 euros pour la semaine)pour visiter la ville Nous avons très bien mangé napolitain chez Pina (en face du garage) à Trattoria à frittatona (50 euros pour 4)et chez El pocho pour boire un coup À refaire

Appartamento ben ristrutturato nel centro vitale di Napoli
Nel centro del Rione Sanità, in un vecchio stabile un appartamento ristrutturato. Perfetto per 4, vivibile in 6, con piccole modifiche da fare. Ti lascia conoscere la vita Napoletana. Poi andare a Spaccanapoli sembra una visita turistica.
