Cold showers, very hard bed and pillow had a very uncomfortable neck woke up with a stiff neck and couldn’t move it for several days. Shower was stone cold

A different experience...
The location wasn't bad. The bathroom shower was disgusting as there was mold everywhere. I couldn’t even bring myself to step in. I sponged bathed myself. The a/c was not working properly. It didn’t cool off much even though we set it on the coldest setting. The bed was comfortable. Ask for two pillowcases though. The front desk people didn’t smile but did their job.

One of my biggest mistake to book this hotel. Shower was terrible all water clogged due to blockage. Bed wasn't so comfortable

Was ok.
The directions given in the email/on google takes you to a building site 10 minutes drive from the hotel. Called up to query where to go and spoke to a chap who said he knew they’ve got a wrong address out there and that they need to get it changed but that’s too little too late really. I’d already spent 15 mins driving around trying to figure out where it was. We also got there and on night 1 purchased 2 Fantas at 2 euros each and the next night got served by someone different who charged 1.50 each. Clearly making the prices up on the spot. Room was otherwise pretty clean and good value for money.

We understood from the Internet that this hotel was close to Naples airport. When we got to Naples we found out it is a long way away and so we had to check into another hotel close by. Still trying to get a refund of our money as we were misled.

Worst Hotel Stay
If you are deciding to come to Italy from America please do yourself a favor and stay in Rome or Venice. Do not stay in Naples unless you speak Italian fluent. The hotel staff and managers do not speak English at Hotel Suisse. The hotel address does not register on GPS. This hotel does not clean their rooms so your sleeping on dirty sheets for the amount of time you stay. Also, at this hotel their is no traveling information or information to help you tour around the city or Italy. Very unfortunate.

A jewel in disguise
This hotel is in this price range a jewel in disguise! Of you drive via Pozzuoli to Napels you have a gorgeous drive with beautiful views! It is maybe a simpel but clean and no noisy hotel :-)

Personale gentile e cordiale, forse un po' lontano dal mare, ma comodo da raggiungere e poco distante dal centro commerciale Auchan di Giuliano. Stanze comode e grandi, il bagno meriterebbe un aggiornamento, ma nel complesso un buon 3 stelle economico

Lo schifo totale
A prescindere che nemmeno hanno un computer per segnare le loro prenotazioni, mi aveva detto che non era arrivata, magari pensando che pagassi una seconda volta 🙃 Il posto piu sporco dove sia mai stato. Tazza con bordo giallo, docce con plastiche rotte e nere di muffe. Un vero schifo. Ma le leggi anti Covid, qui non esistono??

Da un hotel ad una stella non si possono pretendere tutti i servizi che si trovano in altre strutture più organizzate e , quindi, anche piu costose, ma ciononostante la pulizia è un'esigenza imprescindibile.

Poor quality
This is a cheap hotel, not in the sense of value for money but in the sense of poor quality. Not at all maintained, breakfast not even the basics, average cleanliness. It may give you a solution if you are on budget but you have to know what to expect.

J'ai trouvé l'hôtel pas aussi sale que certains commentaires laissaient à le penser. L'accueil n'était pas non plus si mauvaise. Pour le p'tit déjà, effectivement, vaut mieux ne pas compter dessus. L'hôtel se trouve en banlieue de Naples, bien pour y dormir quand pas trop de budget. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Das Zimmer war ok, die Umgebung voller Prostituierte, am Wochenende ist das Hotel deren Arbeitsort, sehr hellhörig, Personal ok, Frühstück nur ein abgepacktes Croissant, das Bad ist verschimmelt, sehr verkalkt und dicke Krusten an Dusche und Wasserhähnen, Duschwände wackelig und sehr verschimmelt. Bett quietscht extrem laut bei jeder kleinen Bewegung.
