Al check in la receptionist è stata molto gentile e professionale, Grazie Lucia☺️ Purtroppo però La stanza era vecchia con due lettini singoli attaccati invece di uno matrimoniale come richiesto, aveva la coperta rotta ed i mobili tutti scheggiati e vecchi, la doccia in bagno aveva una patina di muffa nera negli angoli; È stato in imbarazzo ed una vergogna totale. Al checkout la manager ci ha chiesto come siamo stati, gli ho detto semplicemente imbarazzante dato che era con me una persona straniera. Io essendo della zona e volendo stare vicino la mia famiglia ho prenotato li credendo che le stanze erano su uno standard come la reception, la manager mi ha risposto che se avrei voluto qualcosa migliore dovevo andare al centro di Napoli, ma ancora una volta non stavo parlando della zona dato che la conosco molto bene ma della stanza dell albergo. Sicuramente non vale per 120 euro a notte, il Massimo 50 euro per le condizioni precarie della stanza!!!

Everything about this hotel is dirty, old and worn out. Room was dirty bed was hard and no hot water at night. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay at this dump.

This property is outside of the city of Naples. It also is a very dirty area. The hotel itself the lobby is beautiful but the rooms are older and it’s two twin beds that are very uncomfortable and the breakfast was not good.

The staff was great with my mom after she had an accident in Genoa earlier in May. The provided driver information, assistance in room, cleaning staff very considerate. The dining room could use a but of improvement, the food was good but limited. Overall the place was a good stop before coming back to Miami.

Cab Driver laughed at my hotel
Pros: - 10 minutes from the Naples airport - Decent pizza restaurant down the street - Tasty gelato next to hotel Cons: - Very odd location in a strip mall - Hotel had hand sanitizer stations that were all out of sanitizer - Shower didn't get hot water - Sewing Kit had a rusty needle - Stains on the bedspread and most uncomfortable bed during my stay in Italy - AC was unbelievably loud but room was too hot to turn off. If I opened windows, there were 10-15 people outside doing who knows what at midnight - Hotel recommended their cab driver to take to airport but he never showed up. - Cab driver laughed at me for coming here

This hotel is in a great area for shopping and convenience. The local people are friendly and helpful. The hotel has everything you need while restaurants are nearby. Parking is gated underground with easy access to the lobby. The reception are hospitable and informative. There is road noise from the main street for the front rooms but storm shutters and air conditioning whir helps this.

This hotel is good for a short term layover. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large but the shower stall was very small and toiletries were lacking.

Major problem with the bathroom and shower. Middle of nowhere, far away from all the actions. We wanted something close to the Airport, it wasn't! We were told they had a shuttle to the Airport.. yes they do, by calling a service for 25 euros!

A perfectly adequate hotel - friendly staff, easy to find, close to shops and supermarket and close to the airport. The area is not brilliant but perfect for a quick link to the airport. (we had a hire car and the hotel has parking available.
