Location, location, location!
This apartment is walking distance to all you need & want; shopping, churches, museums, pastries and gelato... grocery store is just around the corner. Matteo explained all we needed. Easy metro ride from the train station to the Dante stop, across the street!

Convenient location in the heart of Naples
Our stay in Naples was very comfortable. The location of this property is perfect for walking to all the main attractions in the city. The hustle and bustle of outside was kept out, when necessary, by the grand double doors in front of the balcony. The property itself was unique with the highest ceilings! It felt like a palace. We had a little trouble with the water pressure one morning, but Fabrizio was on it, coming over to check on the problem. Fabrizio and his son were very responsive and communicative via WhatsApp, providing great restaurant recommendations!

Authentic Italian feel in this lovely old appartment right in the heart of Naples. Very buzzy (and yes, noisy) surroundings but if you want to experience the real Naples this is the place to stay.

Fantastic location
We loved our Napoli experience. We were able to do an underground tour, the archeology museum, several restaurants and take the metro to Ercolo. It was right next to a grocery market too so we bought ingredients for making our own dinner one night. Loved it!

Our stay was a wonderful experience. The apartment is located at the center of Napoli, close to markets and amazing restaurants. The apartment is amazing, very spacious with three beautiful tall balconies. It is a 2 bedroom apartment, with only two beds and not a 3 bedroom apartment as indicated in the description. This was not an issue for us. Fabrizio, the host was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and was available to us if we needed anything. I had asked him to please send a car to pick us up at the airport, which he did. Massimiliano, the driver, waited for us over an hour at the airport, due to our flight being delayed and an issue with our luggage. Thank you Fabrizio.

A week in Napoli
Comfortable double beds, but we were mis-sold the fact that there are three rooms: one is the dining/sitting room which converts to a bed for one. We ended up playing musical beds so that three of us could sleep in separate rooms. It was a shame for us that the TV was not working as we are all students of Italian language and would have benefited from watching morning news etc.

Great apartment in a great location
Our family had a wonderful stay in this charming rental. The pictures in the listing don't do it justice. The extremely high ceilings and massive doors make this apartment feel so spacious! The location is in walking distance to most attractions and only a 30 minute walk from the train station.

Grand apartment in Naples
Well located property in the heart of Naples old town, but commutation with the owners was a little difficult in English. The TV was not working when we stayed. The property is very grand with huge rooms but there are only two bedrooms. The third bed is a sofabed in the lounge room.

The Center of Naples
The apartment is in the center of Naples ideally located to wander the city and port by foot. The elevator was a useful amenity to get luggage to and from the unit. The unit is located on a main thoroughfare which provides the sites and sounds of everyday life in Naples. The unit is large and was very comfortable for 4 adults. The washing machine was a bonus feature!

Spacious historical flat; well located
This spacious, historical site is located near Dante Square, the metro, and tons of shops. The bathroom seems newly renovated and if you desire, the flat is well-appointed with everything you need to make your own meals. (An unexpected gem is the fantastic grocery store right around the corner--we were able to save significant money making some of our meals ourselves with the fresh pasts and sauces we found there.) There were only two downsides. We were never able to get back on to the internet after our first evening there and, because the ceilings are super high, you have to take the equivalent of four flights of stairs to get to the flat or pay $$ to use the lift.

Nice Location in Naples
We had trouble finding the location because the street addresses are not very visible in Naples. The checkin process should be given a little more time and include the washer operation. The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. I would recommend adding additional electrical outlets and ensure the TV works. If you are looking to experience real Italy, this is a great location. By far the best pizza we experienced in Italy and many locations to choose from.

Beautiful apartment in an historic part of Naples.
This apartment is beautiful with huge rooms, windows and ceilings. All rooms have balconies. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 (children aged 14, 17 and 19). The owners are very gracious and helpful. The apartment is situated in an historic area with many sites, shops and restaurants within walking distance. This was our first visit to Naples and we loved it. We will be back and would definitely use this apartment again. 5 stars.

Very spacious apartment in lovely historical building
Fabrizio and his son, Matteo met us upon our arrival and helped us transport our luggage from our car to the apartment. There is a lift in the building, so you do not have to worry if you have mobility challenges. We loved walking the stairs because they are so large and in a unique building. The apartment has all the necessities to live comfortably. There is a washing machine in the apartment to help with your laundering needs. If you prefer to cook, there are amply tools to prepare your meals at home. If you prefer to eat out, there are many options to choose from steps away from the apartment. Each of the 2 rooms are quite large with high ceiling and open spaces. They were perfect for our family of 4. The main living space is also large, so you and your traveling group will always feel as if you have your own space. The building itself is a 1 minute walk to Piazza Dante and a 2 minute walk to an excellent market. The apartment is located on a main road which is known for shopping, restaurants and many other activities. The National Museum of Archeology is a very easy walk from the building and the sightseeing along the way will keep you on your toes because everything around you moves so fast. We were able to walk to all the local landmarks, Castel Sant Elmo (with funicular), Castel Ovo and Castel Nuovo. Also, were able to walk to the beautiful shopping center near Piazza Plebiscito. We do not recommend driving unless you are accustomed to very busy city vehicle (car and motorbike) movement all around you. This apartment is so close to everything so you do not need a car. And, it is a near distance to the airport, so Uber or taxi is convenient. Fabrizio is a wonderful host and very helpful to his guests. If you visit Napoli, this would be a great option for housing as it is convenient to all tourist destinations and has all the comforts you may need.
