Beautifully restored four plex with brand new Italian carerra marble and heated pool and spa. The grounds are completely landscaped with tropical plants and flowers and of course lots of palm trees! Ample parking, fenced in yard. Private screened in lanai.

Over all, this was a very clean and beautiful place to stay! The pool was great as well, but does need hand rails for easily getting in and out for all ages! I found it a bit of a challenge with no where to get support!

Quiet oasis
Love the fenced in backyard where my dog could roam around and the pool was delightful! The screened in patio was lacking a little in comfortable furniture and screens are in need of repair. Communication with the owner was good, but we went back-and-forth quite a bit in the beginning with questions about the TV and some supplies in the kitchen that were lacking I would suggest something printed out explaining the TV connection, etc. Overall, though it was a lovely stay, very peaceful and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay in Naples. Location is great and accommodation is modern. Pool area is shared with 4 other units and has lots of seating. Kitchen has amble items and owner had a nice nonstick frying pan delivered and the neighbor had a cookie sheet and paring knife. Owner was quick to deliver another set of towels for we only had one set for the week for 4 people. This pet friendly unit is one to consider!

Nous sommes arrivés selon l’heure convenu . L’appartement avait des mauvaises odeurs ,ustensiles sales, verre de vins avec du rouge à évites . Nous avons eu l’impression d’être dans une arnaque. Tellement dégoûtant que nous n’avons pas demeurer là et avons louer ailleurs . Photos et vidéo à l’appuie . Je vais prendre les démarches pour un remboursement intégral.toutes les preuves à l’appui.
