2nd floor King one bedroom unit at the beautiful 10 unit Bayshore Inn & Docks with a communal pool, grill area, screened-in lanai looking out over the canal for sunsets and dinners and docks for shallow draft boats with access directly to Naples Bay. This is a King Unit with its own separate walk out lanai by the pool and bar. Open floor plan has the kitchen with fridge, burner, and sink on one wall across from the bed. The unit has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, two burner stove top (no oven), and coffee maker along with silverware and dishes to accommodate two people. There is a small table for dining. A wall mounted flat screen tv with cable/wifi is in the bedroom along with a sofa/love seat. There is a private mirrored 3/4 bathroom with all tile shower. On site washers and dryers are located by the entrance of the property available for use by all guests. Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee of $75. Pets are not allowed in the pool, must be on leash, and well behaved - any damage done by pets is the responsibility of the pets' owner. No Smoking in the Room is allowed and a $250 added cleaning refresh charge and damages applies if there is evidence that smoking inside has occurred. Guests have shared access to the communal pool just outside your door, the screened-in lanai for dinners, sunset-watching and relaxing, and access to the laundry room with two washers and dryers.
