Good value for money
Super clean and modern room! Check in process was easy despite not having a reception. We received info on a text and got in fast. Nice location, walking distance from the train station but also just around the corner of old town with lots of restaurants and bars. All in all good value for money.

Cool modern place on second floor
The exterior of this BnB is very deceiving, it looks quite derelict, the cobbled stone roads are very hard on luggage wheels, also there is 4 flights of stairs to get to reception and when in room 4 another spiral staircase to get your luggage up. However once inside, this is a beautifully renovated large room and a wonderful ensuite bathroom. It is well equipped and has great air conditioning. The breakfast is very ordinary and it was a help yourself to whatever is there. There was bottles of cold water in the fridge which was awesome for the heat wave while we stayed there. We never met Lorenzo and communication was a little slow but it was a public holiday when we were there. The bed was very comfortable and the place was well situated in the town. There is no lift to the second floor so if you have heavy luggage and not a lot of muscle then find somewhere else, otherwise this place is very nice with cool modern style.

Struttura nel complesso carina e ottimamente ubicata, ma la nostra stanza, al momento del nostro arrivo, nonostante avrebbe dovuto essere inagibile a causa di una perdita d'acqua causata dall'appartamento del piano superiore, ci è stata comunque assegnata. La stanza aveva pareti sporche a causa della perdita (problema minore) ma soprattutto abbiamo respirato muffa per tutto il tempo trascorso all'interno, compresa la notte. Abbiamo segnalato il problema al proprietario, ma ci è stato detto che siamo stati persino fortunati a non essere stati mandati via... Ritengo la risposta fuori luogo poiché se fossimo stati avvertiti nei giorni precedenti di questo problema (non mi si dica che l'allagamento c'è stato la sera prima!), avremmo potuto trovare una soluzione differente (noi o lo stesso proprietario). Dispiaciuta per questo comportamento. Buona l'accoglienza.

Stanza ristrutturata recentemente, letto superlativo (mai dormito così bene), personale gentilissimo, molto pulito, posizione strategica per raggiungere le attrazioni della città. Per arrivare ti immergi nella vera Napoli tra viali con il bucato steso e una volta lì, alzo gli occhi, e ti senti dentro un film di Özpetek.

Il b&b si trova in centro storico, a due passi da via dei Tribunali. Sono stati molto gentili dandoci la possibilità di lasciare i nostri bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out. Segnalo solo che si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore, per cui sconsiglio di alloggiare a chi ha delle valigie molto pesanti, lo consiglio a tutti gli altri.
