Do not stay here ever
I was told the reception hours were different than what was listed. After dropping off my bags in the morning, I was told to come back after 2 to check in and get the keys. The receptionist took my passport and I was told reception closed at 11:30. I went out exploring the surrounding area and receive an irate call around 11 demanding I return because reception closed at 11. I arrive minutes later to be told reception closed at 10 and how dare I make them wait. Fast forward to the next day and I call with a request to make my room a double as a friend arrived and needed a place to stay for the evening and we would pay the additional cost. Was spoken to by someone who hardly spoke English and gave me another number to call, which no one answered, so I messaged through the Orbitz messenger. No response. The next morning, I had a flight at 7 am and was leaving the hotel at 5:15. I leave the keys at the reception with a note thanking them and head to the airport. Upon arrival, I find that I never received my passport back. Had to return to the hotel and repeatedly call before finally the manager answered and argued with me for nearly 10 minutes about how I should have asked for my passport back and how reception was closed I will have to wait for it to open at 7 to get my passport. After I repeatedly explained the situation, he still refused. At this point, willing to do anything, I BRIBED THE MANAGER €50 to get him to come give me my passport. €50 more for my friends stay.
