Where to start... Once arrived at our destination, there was an envelope left at a desk with no staff on site. In the envelope we were given a paper stating we were changed to another location due to damage that previous tenants left. We had to pay another 17 euros to get to our new given location. Once at our destination Piazza Cavour 122, there was no wifi (as the owner said it was not working due to the provider) for all 3 nights. Our first 2 nights there was no hot water and after several complaints to Expedia and the owner we finaly got hot water on our 3rd night. The tv did not work for our first two nights either. The kettle to heat our water was filthy to make our coffee, so we did not use it. The noise in the building was terrible as it carried everywhere. We heard children crying and dogs barking all night. We asked to get a refund on the second night as we wanted to find another place to stay and the owner refused to do so and got upset with Expedia when they asked as well, as the accomodation were not as discribed. She mentionned to Expedia that she uograded us rooms and that she did not need to refund us, but the chnge was not made or asked on our end. There is no staff onsite, all communication is done through Whats App. This was a horrible place to stay as it was not in a great part of the city of Naples.
