Overall i would highly recommend booking to anyone. A beautiful caboose style cabin with plenty of space! Thank you so much and we are looking forward to coming back!
A great stay and home base for our visit with our daughter and her family. Great walking area which we did daily, and easy to get around the area to visit with the family. A few nice walks along the beaches as well.
Our second time staying at Kim and Rob’s cabin. We always feel at home and relaxed. Kim and Rob weren’t at their cabin (which is next door) this year, so we were sorry to have missed them.
Arrived to a very clean rental with is important to me. They had everything you could need inside and lots to do outside as well. We had a great stay. Owners were very responsive to my questions.
We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin on Busy Bee. While small, the cabin met the needs of our family of four. Kim was an excellent host and really made us feel at home. The location was a nice jumping off point to explore the surrounding area.
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. We were only two people, so the size was just right. Might get tight for larger parties, but the outside area is generous and well equipped. Communication with host was easy and she was helpful.
This place is exactly as pictured on Vrbo it is a small cute train chaboose style cabin. It is very clean and comfortable on a very quiet gravel road just ten minute drive to the lake restaurants and bar. The perfect balance between secluded peace and being near attractions. The owners Kim and Rob are very friendly and great people. They are willing to help advise you on things to do if you want or leave you alone let you have your privacy. I highly recommend this place if you are interested in a nice getaway that has the best of both worlds.
Loved the cabin, loves the host! My kids enjoyed the outside space, weather wasn’t good that week but we made the best of it. And had a relaxing stress free time. Would come again!
Our family really loved our stay at the busy bee! The place was perfect for us, my boys were very excited to claim the loft as their own and there was plenty to do on the property for kids. Us adults especially loved the fire pit and were able to enjoy some wine around a beautiful fire at night, which Kim kindly helped with by setting up the wood and ensuring it was covered as she knew rain was coming in before we got there. I would highly recommend the busy bee and Kim as a host for anyone looking in the area!

This stay was nice, bed was a little uncomfortable and wifi was spotty, but besides that it was a super cute place to stay for a small family. Plenty of activities to do outside, 2 different firepits to use ( one with wood and one with gas). A good wake up and have a coffee on the porch place. Has cable, dvd player a decent size kitchen and just that cabin/ camping/ vacation apeal. Host is super nice. I would consider going back again for a vacation there again!
We really enjoyed our stay in the caboose. Kim and Rob were staying at their camp next door and were so friendly and helpful. A fire was laid for us and we enjoyed our coffee on the porch every morning in the comfy chairs.
The cabin is fine for two people. The outside area is just as you see on the photographs. Very spacious. Our kids were staying at their grandmother’s on Trickey Pond. This cabin suited us perfectly as a place for some quiet time in the morning and evening.
Thank you Kim and Rob !

Nice but misleading
Kim and Rob are VERY nice folks: eager to make our stay comfortable. The cabin was spotlessly clean. However, the description of the cabin having 2 bedrooms is misleading. The second "bedroom," a loft, is unsuitable for anyone taller than 32"-- the height from floor to ceiling. (We measured). Fine for kids but not adults.

Review of our stay.
Yes we had a grea time. We always do when we get together.
We would like to make a few suggestions.
Sweep down ceiling & walls for cobwebs and dust, then wash them down. Floors as well.
A a waste basket in the bathroom would be good to have.
A small plastic tub to wash dishes in or at least a sink drain plug
A map of the area, and a map showing how to get down to the beach.
Also which kayaks and boats were available for renters to use.
We did enjoy our stay and were very pleased with your kindness & friendliness.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay with you folks.
Not exactly as it says, listing needs some adjustments
From the pictures the cabin looked much more spacious and had dust on many of the surfaces including the ceiling fan. Also there is no spa whirlpool as was described and the wifi is from the next property over, not in the rental property itself. There was hardly any signal so advertising wifi as an amenity seemed disingenuous. Hosts also own the property next door and stayed there while we were renting which wasn't a problem but I initially downloaded this app because of its advertising privacy and not having owners staying in/around the property. They played music late into the night.

We really loved the location and the amenities on the property but the loft was a bit smaller than expected. Great for a smaller kids but Scenery and the surrounding area were breathtaking.
It is a great place to spend a quiet weekend with all the required amenities for kids!! The owners are lovely and we’re staying next door. They were available to answer our queries and made sure we had campfire on both evenings. They also provided some marshmallows for grilling. The place is pretty close to all the lakes/ponds in the area and also has a supermarket in the vicinity. My daughter loved spending time in the caboose style cabin and playing in the outdoor area.. We would definitely visit again!!
