A haven
This is a comfortable home-from-home, lovely to return to after a day in lively Naples. It has a superb location: minutes walk to the Toledo Metro station, bus lines, several streets of restaurants, and a welcoming bar across the street. The patio is beautifully planted, a great place to sit in the early morning to watch swifts flying, and in the evening to see the sun go down behind the Certosa di San Martino. Thank you, Annamaria.

It was the best vocation for me and my family
It was the best vocation for me and my family, as the appartment is very comfortable, with a wonderful terrace. It has a beautiful location, close to metropolitan station. Hostess Annamaria is very lovely and attentive. I really want to go back for the next vocation, thanks to Annamaria for everything!!!

Highly recommanded!
Great value! You feel directly at home: there are a lot of beautifull flowers on the terrace, music and books in the living room, some personnal lovely stuffs,… It was really clean too. Anna-Maria welcomed us very friendly with some fresh pastries, wine and coffee! we were five people(3 adults and 2 teens) and it was spacious enough to stay together. Wonderfull view from the terrace where we ate each time. Good place to visit Napoli (near the underground "TOLEDO") but it is a little noisy during the night because of the scooters. In fact, you stay in a very popular area of Napoli: the spanish district. The lift is also a little bit capricious so you have to go up the four stairs because the apartment is just under the roof. We will come back! Thank you so much Anna-Maria! Sophie and all the family.

Great place to stay in the heart of Naples
I originally rented this place thinking a friend would join me. I ended up staying there by myself, so a little more room than I needed, but it was perfect. Great bed, great bathroom, great kitchen. I did a little work while there, so I can vouch for the great connectivity. The crown jewel is the terrace. Perfect view for a morning cup of coffee or a drink after a day of enjoying the city.

fantastic real Naples
We had a wonderful week staying here. This apartment is in perfect location - on a smaller street, but steps away from the metro and funicular (take the funicular up to Vomero, and walk down the Pedimentina to your home - awesome!); walking distance from the port, archeological museum and most other major sites. The apartment is spacious and has a patio with the view of Certosa di San Martino. This is not some cold, synthetic, corporate looking rental, but a real home, with books, doilies and even a piano. And with Sig.ra dePalma's relaxed and friendly hosting you will feel like you are visiting your grandma.

Appartamento centralissimo e con magnifica vista. Pur essendo nel quartiere Spagnoli l'ho trovato molto silenzioso dovuto alle finestre con doppi vetri. Pretty good but....
In general, the apartment is pretty good. It is just a short distance from Toledo metro station and the terrace is really pleasant with a nice view. The apartment itself would be pretty good with just a little touch here and there. Our main problem was the bathroom. Hot water runs rather randomly and when it runs, it does not run for a long time. We are talking about 60 - 90 seconds here. It didn't work very well for 3 women who want to have a shower and wash their hair. But OK, we managed somehow. It's actually quite refreshing to wash your hair in a cold water :-) Other problem I would like to mention would be the lack of space where you can put your stuff in. The apartment is full of .... things. There are clothes in the wardrobes so unless you take it out, you live from your suitcase. Not a big deal, we experienced worse ... but still. Also, but this is not Annamaria's problem - the elevator didn't work the whole week we were there. We have been told that it broke just before we arrived. OK. But we are talking about 4th floor. 121 - 126 steps (I was not able to keep my mind on counting them so I always got a different result ...anyway, it's lot of steps if you carry few bottles of wine, melon and some bread and cheese :-) or a luggage to or from the apartment. In general, I would recommend the apartment to people who are not too "sensitive". We had a great time there but we are pretty seasoned. If you expect something "posh", then look elsewhere.

Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant, havre de paix arboré et fleuri en plein cœur de la Naples vibrionnante Superbe vue de la ville depuis la terrasse, grand logement aéré et aérien à la déco personnelle. ... On se sent tout de suite bien dans ce formidable logement. Arriver chez Annamaria est la première des nombreuses bonnes surprises que nous a offert Naples.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Lage
Wir waren zu viert und kamen mit den beiden Schlafzimmern (Betten ok) gut zurecht. Das Schlafzimmer im großen Wohnzimmer benötigten wir nicht. Die Küche ist sehr hübsch (Gasherd) und groß, rundum verglast. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit fantastischem Ausblick auf den Monte Calvario. Die Möblierung ist auch gut, sogar eine Hollywoodschaukel gibt es. Zum Glück ist auch ein Aufzug in den vierten Stock vorhanden. Die Lage im spanischen Viertel ist toll: mitten im Leben mit schmalen Gassen und der Metro sehr nahe. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Bahnhof nur drei Stationen entfernt. Auch die Uferpromenade ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso gute Geschäfte und viele Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, zum Empfang gabt es sehr leckere Süßigkeiten und ein Flasche Martini. Auschecken sollte eigentlich bis 10 Uhr passiert sein, wir konnten aber problemlos bis 15 Uhr bleiben. Toll! Kleines Problem gab's mit der Dusche, die ständig heiß und kalt wird. Das ist im Hochsommer aber leicht zu verkraften. Richtig gestört haben die Massen von Mopeds und Motorrädern, die Tag und Nacht für Lärm und Gestank sorgten. Ansonsten hatten wir wunderschöne Tage in Neapel. Vielen Dank an die tolle Gastgeberin!

Perfekte Lage - große Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt perfekt im spanischen Quartier nur wenige Meter von der Via Toldo, der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Die Wohnung ist groß und wunderbar im vierten Stock gelegen mit einer kleinen Dachterrasse mit schönem Blick auf das Castel Sant´ Elmo.

Bel espace pour se ressourcer après des journées de ballade dans Naples
L'appartement est grand, lumineux et très agréable Avec son grand salon, sa cuisine / salle à manger qui est totalement ouverte sur la Terrasse. Permettant de prendre ses Petits déjeuner, et ses déjeuners ou diners, si on a pas envie d'aller au restaurant . Très belle vue sans vis à vis. L'appartement est rès bien placé dans Naples qui est une ville mouvementée et donc offre la possibilité de se ressourcer tranquillement après les ballades et visites. Merci à Marie pour son accueil et puis on souhaite bon rétablissement à Annamaria de Palma que nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de connaitre. Anne et Bruno

situation idéale
quatrième et dernier étage (attention l'arrivée en sortant de l'ascenseur sur une volée d'escalier est un peu casse-gueule!) véritable coup de foudre quand on rentre dans l'appartement d'autant plus que l'accueil est chaleureux: grande pièce à vivre très claire, colorée, avec de grands sofas donnant sur une grande cuisine véranda assez spectaculaire, donnant sur une grande terrasse pleine de plantes, donnant sur les collines napolitaines Anna Maria est pleine d'attentions : gateaux, proseco, vin et café Nous avions opté pour cet appartement cher (110 euros la nuit) au lieu de l'hotel pour pouvoir nous faire à manger, et c'est là que nous avons compris qu'Anna Maria avait plutôt l'impression de prêter son appartement et non pas de le louer, c'est à dire que ses critères personnels de confort ne sont pas forcément à la hauteur du prix demandé par exemple, heureux d'être là, nous décidons de nous installer sur la terrasse pour manger les gateaux et boire le prosecco ! pas de verres adéquats, 5/6 tristes petits verres à eau.... plus tard, nous voulons ouvrir le vin, le tire bouchon cassé! comme elle nous l'avait recommandé, nous l'appellons pour avoir du nouveau matériel: 2 jours de messages, mails, textos sans réponse finalement la cuisine où nous voulions faire à manger se révèle peu équipée pour 8 jours : pas de lave vaisselle, un égoutte-vaisselle design et quasiment inutilisable, un petit frigo, un congélateur pris dans une gangue de glace donc pas de conservation possible, un tout petit four électrique A notre départ, impossible de lui faire ces remarques puisqu'elle n'est pas venue à l'heure convenu nous sommes partis en claquant la porte derrière nous, et nous avons croisé en prenant notre taxi pour l'aéroport, la touriste anglaise qui nous remplaçait... donc, qui n'a eu personne pour la recevoir, et de toutes façons l'appartement était loin d'être prêt! donc, Anna Maria, malgré son côté sympa a un problème de fiabilité, difficilement acceptable à ce niveau de prix

We stayed at Annamaria'a place for the third time and when we arrived it felt like coming home! Unfortunately we couldn't see Annamaria because she was traveling, but everything was perfectly organised and superb! Best place to stay in Naples, and best apartment I have ever had with homelidays! Helle, zentrale Wohnung. Man hat das Gefühl, man wohnt in Neapel
Helle, großzügige Wohnung, die sehr zentral liegt. Zur Metro Toledo nur 3 Minuten, zu einem netten Markt ca 7 Minuten, selbst die Fähren nach Procida und Capri sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ideal auch für einen Ausflug nach Pompeji. Nur Busfahrten sollte man vermeiden.

Zauberhaft
Wundervolle, sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft, hell und geräumig, mitten im spanischen Viertel, von wo aus sehr viele Stadtziele zu Fuß zu erreichen sind (Vomerohügel, Chiaiaviertel, Via Toledo, Spaccanapoli, Pizzeria Michele, Markt Pignasecca, Hafen mit den Inselfährterminals,...). Die Küche wurde mitten auf die Terrasse gebaut und vermittelt ein Kochgefühl wie im Himmel. Super Ausblicke auf der Terrasse geben Entspannung nach einem Urlaubstag in der quirligen Stadt. Der Rollerlärm ist von dort oben fast sanftes Gesäusel. Annamaria, die Eigentümerin, ist sehr entspannt, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Buchen und Wohlfühlen.

Belle découverte de Napoli
Partis au pied levé de Paris pour Naples en famille, sans avoir préparé au millimètre le séjour, n'a pas été un soucis. nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par la propriétaire qui nous a gâté de gourmandises locales et de toutes sortes de conseils pour explorer la ville. Merci bien pour cette attention. L'appartement est très bien situé dans le quartier espagnol, populaire et vivant, au dernier étage une vue sur les toits de Naples et une petite terrasse agréable j'imagine en été, pour profiter des sons et l'atmosphere de la ville. On peut facilement circuler à pied de ce point, vers tous les lieux de visite. Le lieu est équipé simplement et confortable, comme une maison de vacances. Propre, sécurisé. Nous y avons passé quatre jours très agréables, merci à Lisa et Anna Maria. Une autre fois avec plaisir, peut être au début de l'ete.

Un bellissimo soggiorno nel centro di Napoli
Io e tre amici abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno di cinque giorni nell'appartamento di Annamaria. Centralissimo, comodo a tutti i servizi (negozi, metropolitana ecc.) e per spostarsi con facilità per il centro di Napoli. La casa è accogliente, spaziosa, familiare e con un terrazzo e un panorama meravigliosi. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Annamaria sono state ineccepibili, lo consiglierei a mia volta a chiunque volesse andare a Napoli per una vacanza.

Un bellissimo appartamento nel centro di Napoli
Ho trascorso con tre amici cinque giorni in questo splendido appartamento nei Quartieri Spagnoli, a pochi passi da via Toledo. E' comodissimo per muoversi a piedi nel centro di Napoli (vicino alle principali attrazioni turistiche) e per raggiungere con i mezzi il resto della città, vista la vicinanza alla stazione della metropolitana Toledo. La presentazione sul portale fatta dalla signora Annamaria è accurata e corrisponde perfettamente alla realtà. La sua accoglienza è stata calorosa. L'atmosfera dell'attico è elegante ma molto familiare. Splendida la vista dal terrazzo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e, se dovessimo tornare a Napoli, toneremmo di sicuro da Annamaria!

Très beau séjour dans cet appartement en tous points conforme à la description.
Annamaria la propriétaire est très accueillante. L'appartement est très bien situé et l'on s'y sent bien. Le point de départ de nombreuses ballades à pieds ou en métro (ou funiculaire) tout près pour la visite de naples ou en bateau pour la visite des îles à 15 mn à pieds. Tous les matins petit tour au marché de pignasecca (fruits et légumes-poissons). Trattorias sympas à proximité.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage
Wir haben als Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in Neapel in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist super, mitten im Geschehen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Besichtigungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!
